INTRODUCTION
A primary health care is a type of process that based on the scientifically and socially
acceptable method in terms of medical aspects. It makes an efficient health care services which
providing to the individuals and families in communities (Marsh, Brennan & Vandenberg, 2018).
In the Australia the population are living who are suffering from primary health issues which is
Cancer. This documentation will describe about the fundamental principles of health care service
and use current strategy for primary health services. It will discuss about the quality, social
determinants and social justice that related to strategy which applicable in the organization.
Furthermore, it will determine the epidemiological factors that becoming related to health issues
of individual people and analyse that how strategy will reflect on the medical professional
practices, role and responsibilities towards health care services.

The national primary health care strategic is a type of framework that contain statement and
endorsed by health council which mainly representing agreed approach for creating strong and
robust health care system in Australia (Brigg s& et.al., 2018). The primary health issue is the
cancer, approx most of the population are suffering from this severe diseases. The role of nurses
in primary health care for the cancer health issue, they monitoring the patients with pre
cancerous situation or those people who are suffering at high risk of cancer. Other is they
recommending patients to take part in nation cancer screening in Australia and referring the
patients to specialists who are part of multidisciplinary cancer team. The strategy of nurses in
health care system is to monitoring the effectiveness the patients. As per analysis, it has found
that health system which are most efficient and also having low rates of hospitalization. This
type of health care system will promote the fewer of health inequalities and give better treatment.
While Australian enjoy services while generating a good result in terms of service. It is widely
recognised the current health care system which are increasing strain and also improve the relief
on chronic illness (World Health Organization, 2018).
In Primary health care services, Currently, it has been introduced the national health
security strategy which mainly focused on health issues that would be increased in global

marketplace. This type of strategy will help for continue emerge, evolve and identify its benefits
and advantage for individual people (Macdonald & MayonWhite, 2018).
Analyse about that how social justice, quality and social determinants of health by using strategy
framework.
The social justice, quality and social determinants of health are economic stability, social
& community context, education, neighborhood & built environment and health & healthcare.
The economic stability includes the food insecurity, employment, poverty and housing
instability. Social and community context consists of discrimination, social cohesion, civic
participation and incarceration of the people who are living in society. The education concludes
high school graduation, early childhood development & education, language & literacy and
enrollment in higher education that an individual had obtained (Galdikienė, 2016).
Neighborhood & built environment includes crime & violence, quality of housing, accessing to
the food which supports healthy eating patterns of the people in society along with the various
environmental conditions. Health & healthcare consists of health literacy, accessing to healthcare
and accessing to the primary care of individual so that they can be aware of public healthcare.
These organizing framework is used for establishing the basic set of various objectives for topic
areas along with identification of existing Healthy People objectives which are highly and
complementary relevant to the social determinants. The other additional objectives will be
continued by developing across the decade (Upvall, Bosek and Turner, 2018).
Understand the epidemiological factors that related to health issues.
The characteristics and events or any other definable entities which have potential for
bringing change in the health conditions or other defined outcome. There are various
epidemiological factors which are related to the health issues for individual in the society that are
age factors, causality, sex factors, race factors, confounding factors, bias, reproductive history
and effect modifier, epidemiology of an individual directly affects the health and social health of
the individual in many ways (Kalinichenko, 2017). But the major factor in as a health issue in
Australia is Cancer. The epidemiology of cancer is the total burden for the Australian citizens.
In the 2013, there were 124,465 latest cases of cancer in this country, the average in men 68,936
and in women 55,529 new cases are occurred. As well as in 2017 it is close to 134,174 citizens
are expected to be diagnosed with the cancer, approximately men were 72,169 and women were

62,005. An approximate 149,990 are expected to be diagnosed in 2020. The mortality of
Australian people in 2012, the proceeding cause of cancer death was lung cancer has decreased
from 209.0 deaths per 100,000 in 1982 to 161.9 deaths per 100,000 in 2014. The age factors has
maternal age and age of onset so that individual can observe these factor and had implemented
change in their social life. Causality consists of protective factors, precipitating factors and risk
factors are helpful for an individual for bringing change in their social and health care.
Describe about the principle of heath care and reflect on the strategy on basis of nursing practice
or responsibilities.
There are various principles of health care which should be used by the nurses for
treating the individual which are prior nursing responsibilities or practices. They should render
quality in their care which are provided by them to patient (Nancarrow, 2015). These principles
are educator, problem solver, organizer, agent connectivity, patient carer and quality controller.
Theses are major role and responsible of the nurse practice which are being preformed by them
while taking care of their patients. They must aware individual about the prevention of disease
and forecasting various health promotion activities so that they can safeguard the individual from
the several diseases. Various problems which are being faced by their patient across their
treatment and diagnosis must be solved by them so that patient can be treated well (Penn and
Watermeyer, 2018). They must be aware of different policies, disease registers and procedure so
that they can be well treat their patient in the correct manner and thus the patient could be cured
very soon.
CONCLUSION
In above discussion, it can be determined about current national health security strategy that
implemented within organization for providing better quality of services to patient. It has
summarised about the fundamental principles of health care service and also used the national
health security strategy that reduce health issues. It can be understanding the quality, social
determinants and social justice that related to strategy which providing the better services to
individuals. It can be identified the epidemiological factors, which mainly focused on the
population of human-being and attempt to protect people through diseases of individual people
and also identify that how strategy is directly reflecting on the medical professional practices,
role and responsibilities towards health care services.
