Cisco Router – Cisco 1900 series router
Cisco router is the router that is used to run the Cisco internetwork operating system. Some
of the components that are basics for the cisco router are Interfaces, processor, Internetwork
operating system, RXBoot image, RAM, NVRAM, ROM, Flash memory and Configuration register.
Cisco is the leading company in the field of network. ISR G2 is called the second generation of the
Cisco router. The Cisco Router performs up to 5x compared to previous versions of routers. The
mobility of the routers is secured with the integration of wireless of about 802.11n. The voice, video
of the data transmitted in a router has the highest quality. Cloud computing services provided by the
cisco router is very much secured. It protects the data from the threats like eaves dropping and
Denial of Service attacks. It is used to reduce the capital expenditure and the expenses of the
operations over the network [1].
Cisco Switches - Cisco SG500-28P-K9-G5 switch
Similar to routers, Cisco Company also produce the Cisco Switches. The Cisco switches
provides a solutions that are in a series and it makes the attempts easily for connecting the
resources of the data with Software Defined Networking. It performs very simplified operations.
Cisco switches offers a fast and interdependent switching operations and also at the same time it
gives the high speed performance that is required for the virtualized surrounding that may be useful
for upcoming data centers. The Cisco switch is a network component that is very easy to configure.
The management of remote network and software updates through online are made easy using the
cisco switches. The efficiency of the energy is increased when switches are used. Cisco switch

supports Quality of Service which gives the significance to the particular types of network traffic.
Cisco switches are expandable and has the feature of interoperability. It supports IPV6 version of the
IP address.
Features of the Cisco Cables
Cisco cable is compatible for all kinds of PC's and network devices and also we can get those
cables at low cost. The quality of the cable is very much appreciable. The cables are shielded and
covered fully with an interference of EMI/RFI along with the well mouldable shells. These cables
consists of the standard connectors that is being determined on the legacy routers and also it is
found in the Smart series routers. Cisco cables can be automatically configured by the network. It is
used to leverage the IOS software that is used in the delivery of network services and applications. It
also supports both compression and decompression algorithm. Cisco cable also provides a platform
that is centralized one to make control over the network devices It can be managed in a very simple
manner. It offers automated identification of CPE devices that are connected over the network.
Cisco Firewall - Cisco ASA5506-K9 firewall
A firewall is nothing but a device which is used for network security purpose in which the
incoming or outgoing traffic of the network is being determined. Cisco has many series of firewalls
like ASA5505, ASA5520 etc. Cisco ASA provides a collaboration that consists of firewall, antivirus,
prevention for intrusion and VPN capabilities. The Cisco firewall connects maximum of 280,000
devices over the network. It is used for the prevention of the intrusion. Cisco firewall supports
security of the content. It supports maximum amount of 150 virtual LAN's it is capable of storing
512MB and system flash of about 64MB. The Cisco firewall supports GPS/GTP service [2].

Cisco Core Switches - Cisco Catalyst 6500 Series Switches
The Cisco core switches are cost effective. It has high availability to reduce the downtime of
the network devices. It is capable of scaling up to 800 Gbps. The core switch contains nearly 40
numbers of 1G/10G ports. It is used to support DNA and SD-access. The Cisco core switch supports
the multi gigabit technology over the network. Apart from the switch, a core switch is the switch
which has the high-capacity and it is placed within the backbone of the network. It is considered as
the entry point for the Wide Area Network (WAN). The catalyst 6500 series cisco switches is
powered by the Smart Operations and the Catalyst Instant Access. It is optimized for 1 to 10 Gb
services over the network. It is aware of the risks that occur during the migration process of the
network, it is capable of optimizing the architecture of the business in an effective way. It provides
high speed connections and at the same time in a secured way to manage the data bandwidth of the
network.

Features of the Projector
A projector is so called as an output device that takes the input from the PC's or laptops and
then it gives the output to the Screen that is projecting. In the area where there is a large number of
people has to be covered, the projector can be used. Projectors are capable of providing slides of the
presentation or any videos that are moving images. It weighs a number of pounds. The projector and
the computer are connected through an HDMI cable or in some cases VGA cables are used for
connecting these two. The projector provides the LCD and DLP display features. The type and
resolution of the display is highly qualified. The colour contrast of the projector is well managed,
some projectors may support many colours. It supports powerful and big screen projections. The
projectors are easily compatible with pc and the laptops. When it is in standby mode it has 4 types of
energy saving capabilities [3].
Features of Surveillance Camera
The surveillance camera is capable of capturing the video even in the low light environment.

the form of videos and also as images. These cameras are connected to a system which is used to
monitor the recorded video of the camera and it uses a wireless connection to connect the camera
and the monitoring system. There are types of surveillance cameras like Brick/Bos camera which is
used for indoor use only, IR bullet cameras which is used in low light environments, Spy cameras and
Vandal resistant Dome Cameras for both indoor and outdoor which has a weather proof technology.
The wiring process for the installation of the surveillance camera is very easy. It is capable to access
the camera from any place. It is resistant to water so that it did not get damaged even if it is outside
of the building, it is used to manage during the rainy seasons. The surveillance camera has many
long-distance views, so that any problems like thefts can be identified easily. It provides safety and
security to the organisation or home wherever it is placed.
