responsibilities as by using the personal and professional learning in order to attain more sales
and profit in satisfactorily mode. I have limited amount of knowledge that helped me to make
effective understanding about the different working aspect within which I have also tried to make
balanced level of coordination within the other members of team. I have learnt about different
sessions and along with this also uses leadership styles so that effective management is arranged.
In addition all the changes are implemented as per the management of various approaches and in
this ability to complete the project in increases. I have gain more learning and in this tries to
increase the communication level by which the flow of information is addressed in smooth
manner by which more clarity is processed in the workings. I have also uses the critical thinking
and analytical skills through which balanced decisions are taken that is used to make improvised

changes as per suitability. In support of stress management skills I have managed all the
challenging situations so that improvised result is developed and conceived.
The successful changes is managed within the project by which the effective utilisation
and consumption of all the resources is controlled so as to complete the project within timely
basis. The PRINCE 2 model having more applications as well as it helps to resolve the different
issues by which the sufficient outcome is developed as per the requirement of project. There is
some recommendations as well that assist in future period of time as in this all the team members
have performed their working as per the assigned responsibilities. It is used to attain efficient
capabilities under which all the work is reviewed on timely basis by which the redundancies has
been removed with more perfectness (Willumsen, 2019). In this the democratic style of
leadership is managed by the business within which the improvised decision-making is
implemented as it is also used to enlarge the employee engagement of the business in this the
working quality is developed. In addition I have make suitable interpretation of the different
skills through which work is managed within the stipulated period of instance so that efficient
outcome is developed.
There is few risk as well that is used to identified while completing the project as in this
the parallel acknowledge of different resources is managed so that balanced level of

the different skills by which adequate changes is implies in which appropriate time is managed.
The inappropriateness of the workers is also be the widest risk in which performance probability
is negatively affected. On the other hand it is addressed as by the identification of various team
members and there skills thus the work is assigned as per the skills and abilities and it is used to
mitigate the risk.
