for making moderate alternation related with satisfaction process. The information which is
acquired by me is limited. So it is important for me to improve my skills for gaining better
results from small amount of information. I also use different communication channel that make
standardised and proper coordination by the team members of project. With the use of
appropriate leadership styles there is better influence relates with working behaviour of workers
as it implies better learning that motivated individuals to complete project in an appropriate
manner (Steinberg and Sartain, 2015). Along with this there are different modules that supports
me for better modifications induced to work with supportive level of modifications. In this
process I am focused to used critical thinking by which individual make parallel usage of
analytical thinking and it also attribute the balanced level of decisions as it used to make more
improvement changes. In last, I utilise stress management as it helps to cope up with different
challenges by adopting essential changes.

PRINCE-2 model is used for making successful implementation of all technicalities that
helps in making appropriate usage of resources. Within this model organisation implement more
application as this is used for reducing the impact of complex situations in order to analyse
essential changes. Some recommendations which relates with duties and roles leads team worker
to make better comfort and sustainability about organisation and project sustainability.
Democratic leadership style is most effective for managing and engaging employees in project
for a longer period (Venable, Pries-Heje and Baskerville, 2016). With the suitable interpretation
all essential and logical aspect that is used for analysing effective outcomes through improving
employee's skills. Therefore, by improving company skills performance rate and productivity is
enlarged to minimise and mitigate project risk.
