INTRODUCTION
Project management is an activity or process of directing the work of a team, to accomplish

success and growth criteria in a specific time frame. This report will discuss about project
management methodology Prince2 that is one of the famous options among the developers when
it comes to software development (Kerzner, 2019). The development of software application
consists the integration of the front end and backend services. Further, the written document will
explain about the implementation and execution of project aim, objectives and deliverables. The
execution of project scope, requirements, cost, time, and manpower and risk management will
also explain in the report in effective manner.

accomplishing the objective of development of project management plan. By conducting project
planning activity and performing its diverse phases, like identification of the project objectives,
setting of the project aims, scope determination, preparation of the research checklist,
improvement the timeline and allocation f the project budget, in set time frame, other objective
are executed and met properly.
One of the main benefit which is accomplished by the venture in effective manner that all
the business activities are preformed in effective manner in term of completing or executing in
set time frame. It is the main advantage because it is a large project and consist different
activities so it was not expected that all the activities of this report can be performed in set time
frame. This was benefited for the developers in term of accomplishing this project and make
focus on other activities of the project so that they can also perform in adequate manner. Apart
from this project was stayed in its original scope and competing it, the project require 6 month of
time frames. For developing new and innovative software, the project manager was required £
9,560.00 as maintenance cost and £93,000 as development cost. Apart from it, effective
allocation of the human resource functions an essential part for the software project
development. The skilled, knowledgeable and well qualified workers were played a crucial role
in attaining the project aims and objectives (Erik, 2018). For the success and better development
of respective project, the venture assigned this project to a well qualified and competence, the
person had skills of planning, overseeing and organising the projects task, able to administrator

Apart from, this it can be determined the project report that the administrator was build a

main risk that highly influence the project in term of hinder the automation activity of data entry
and therefore the execution of software was decreased. It was leave the database vulnerable to
the cyber crimes of possible act of phishing which eventually directed to the information theft of
sensitive data. Apart from this, another risk was related to ineffective functioning of the API
requests and the impact or result of this threat was that the developed software was lead to the
increase of reloading time as the numerous requests in a specific time frame could not be capped.
It delayed the retrieval activity of the data as the GET request would not execute appropriately
(Huemann, Keegan and Turner, 2018). These risks highly affected the project and development
of software in proper way.
Moreover, there are some risk the moderately created their impact. Improper means of resource
allocation is another risk that could affect this project. In execution of project of development of
software, there were some employees that had not effective skills and competencies which

influenced their assigned work as lack of competence and knowledge they were not able to
execute their work. In addition to it ineffective allotment of financial resources could loss to the
fiscal capitals as the divisions which needed intensive amount of labour and technical
incorporations was not capable o reflect on such acquisitions. Therefore, the project was not
milestone and additional funding is needed to attain the project on specified time duration.
Inadequate allocation of capital finances to the project budget was another risk that was generate
in respective project and moderately affect it as the procurement activity faced the most as it had
to do with the constrained amount of fiscal provisions and operated the risk of missing out on
essential technical acquisition (Brewer and Dittman, 2018). All these risks could be reduced and
minimised by adopting some improvement strategy or plan of action. Such as ineffective
integration of the firebase database services risk could be reduced by making implementation of
the offline database by the utilisation of the ASP.NET. By reviewing of the API functionality,
the risk of inappropriate functioning could be minimised and minimise its unfavourable influence
over project success and development. By determining the resource allocation plan in the pre-
planning phases, the administrator or project manager could minimised the risk of ineffective
means of resource distribution. The risk of inappropriate distribution of capital finances to the
project budget could be getting over by over viewing the project budget on a weekly basis.
The quality control is an effective phase and project activity to determine that the project is
able to attain its expected success and growth. So conducting this stage, the project manger was
determining the success of the software development project. For this the person was use KPI
(Key performance indicator). By using derivative metrics, the individual made identification of
the modules that have issues with the software testing and offered the developers group with the
option of considering efficient steps that develops the accuracy of the best texting. It had been
executed within the project because it was going to found out the accuracy of the API requests.
Defect density is another effective software testing metrics that assisted the group to account for
overall number of defects that had been observed within the software for a predetermined
operational time gap (Mavi and Standing, 2018). KLOS had been implemented within the project
as a prominent amount of capital finances had been invested in the project and therefore it was

information about the project to the top management and internal as well as external stakeholder

asked questions etc. and for these each plan of action different individuals are accountable for
that. It will assist in appropriately managing and administrating information in term of project.
During the time of performing in this project, there were several lessons that could be learnt like
effective planning and allocation of responsibility, formulation of project management plan,
framing strategy, determination of employee’s skills to build a team etc. (Bjorvatn and Wald,
2018). Because these were some things that play an effective role in implementation and
effective execution of a project. By framing an effective plan to allocate financial resources so
that all the business function that was making their contribution can operate their activities in
adequate manner. Apart from it, better use of work breakdown structure to segregate the entire
project in small sector so that the people who were contributed in the project can priorities their
work and perform in effected or easy manner within set time frame. In future term, it can be
recommended that using other effective methodologies for the execution of the project and
provide training and development sessions to employees will make their participation so that
they will have the clarity about the basics of the project.
Reporting- End of the project report
Finally, it could be determined that the entire project was accomplished in effective manner
due to appropriate utilisation and implementation of different planning tools, methodologies and
strategies. All the activities and task of the project were segregated with the use of Work break
down structure so the entire employees and teammates were executed their work in appropriate
manner. The time of specific period was also set for the completion of the work that assists team
members to attain their goals with set duration (Lauren and Schreiber, 2018). The roles and
responsibilities also assigned regarding each task such as Project manager was responsible for
planning, overseeing and organising the project tasks, administrating ad choosing the workers
who attains the project tasks. The person was also accountable to make sure that work was
completed in set time and determines the project with the assistance of performance evaluation
tools like KPI etc.

strategies assist in running the project activities in appropriate manner.
