INTRODUCTION
The principles of care are described as the way a health, social care and early years
providers should undertake and behave accordingly towards all the individuals who are under
there care. Basically the principles of care determines the behaviour of an individual working in
health and social care industry towards their respective patience and clients. The present work is
an essay reduced to focus on exploring different aspects of principles of care by looking over
number of areas. At first in the essay there are certain important aspects these principles will be
discussed along with providing an overview of how these principles of care sometimes affect the
rights of people invulnerable conditions. Moving along issues that was faced by health and social
care industry and professionals working in it while taking care and controlling the health of
individuals are also been focused upon. And lastly, the importance of legislation introduction of

A care worker is an individual holding a huge responsibility of making sure that the

healthcare workers needs to be e concerned about a very common aspect that is their behaviour
and treatment towards the other individual. They have to be very careful while treating
individuals and always make sure to treat them in the way they expect to be treated as well as
they should work in the best interest of individuals.

develops in the patient in the service of Health care individual as upholding their dignity and
independence develops a mutual respect among both the parties. The patients start trusting the
professional and enable them to work in the best manner possible which helps in using of the
situation for all.
Another important aspect of maintaining and following these principles of care for both
the patient and the care professional, is the emotional, practical and social needs of the patient
it is fulfilled which enable them and ensures them to maintain a high quality life and
balance. Moving along another important aspect which is served by following the principles of
social care is through it patient start trusting the institution and the individual serving him
or her and the make sure to stick to their treatment and plans by taking appropriate measures as
per the procedures and all the medicines on time. This will only be possible if the patient feels
that they are respected, involved and in control of their dignity and independence.
