INTRODUCTION
Principle of care be elected by the way in which health social care along with the early
year’s providers which behave for individuals in health and social care. It is related with the
clinical care standards which act as an important aspect for care providers to consider while
delivering effective care in risk. Health and social care is a field that deals with the complete
infrastructure of Health Care provision. The objective of this report is it to understand the
importance of principle of care along with the developing awareness regarding the impact of
Regulation and how diet are required to be balanced for the purpose of protecting vulnerable
populations. For the purpose of constantly improving the quality of care and assisting to build the
safest and highest quality of Health & Care provisions, NHS is the only one entity in health and
social care which works for the same. As per this, type of communication is useful aspect which
focus on the different form of interaction and communication which is reliable to make approach
towards the patient. The given project is divided into two parts. First one is in essay and second
one is a reflective account. The essay deals with the importance of principle of care along with
the ways of principle of care effects rights of vulnerable, issues of care in the field and
importance of legislations in protecting vulnerable people. On the other side the reflective
account is based on the learning of principle of care and how the experience influenced the
development and insights of a person. The type of communication is used to follow within the
healthcare setting in order to maintain communication and interaction.

Importance of Principle of care
Principle of care is considered as and systematic approach under which safeguards and
responsibilities are related to the patients are mentioned which are necessary to be conducted by
the staff of hospitals. These principles of care help the centers of Health and social care for
providing their best facilities for the purpose of treating the patients in a most effective manner
so that their patients can recover faster. It has been found that the professionals and trainees of
NHS are working according to the principles of care by performing all their duties and actions
towards the patients in them. The importance of principle of care in the context of NHS are
explained below:

Person Centred Care- In order to provide the health care to the patients should be in
respectful and responsible manner so that the professionals can complete their treatment by
considering their preferences and values as well. In the context of NHS, the principles of care
play an important role as they make sure about the treatment of patients in respectful and dignity
manner. The professionals of NHS consider the preferences of patients and fulfill their needs and
wants. Along with this, it is also necessary while communicating or interacting with patients let
them know about their condition recovery and treatment as well. In the context with this, the 4
type of communication is helpfully used such as verbal, nonverbal, written and visual
communication. It is effective in order to complete the requirement which is associated in the
person centered care.
Multidisciplinary care- It refers to the managing and maintaining the various clinicians for
practice nurse in the manner so that the providing of a Healthcare facility to the patient become
more easy they can provide the service on time in an effective and efficient manner. For the
purpose of managing the multi dispensary care, principle of care in NHS plays an important role.
By applying these principles, they can improve the health of their patients by the use of their
resources in our most effective manner. The multidisciplinary approach followed under the
various loop of communication which is verbal and nonverbal which is effective aspect of
communication in order to intervene the illness and promote wellbeing.
Carers and family members- It is a very essential for cares and the family members of the
patients to provide them a proper knowledge regarding the health condition of their patients. This
information is really helpful for them as they can take care of their patients in the respective
manner. In the recovery situation of the patients and their family members plays an important
role. Hence it is necessary to have a proper knowledge and information about the disease and
their effects on the health of their patient. NHS always provide the proper knowledge and
information regarding the treatment and diseases of their patient to their family members. This is
really helpful for them in prevention recovery and assessment of the health of their patient. The
communication with the patient is effective with the help of verbal and nonverbal
communication which is important in the patient care and support.
Patients health care- It has been found that the principles of cares are related with the
health care of patients. And it is essential for health and social care to provide the best facilities
which are helpful for patients to have best healthcare in their centers. It is a necessary for

professional must focus on the development of quality of health and care with knowing the
complication with the mean of communication such as verbal, nonverbal, visual and written
which is appropriate for the patient.

Vulnerable people refers to those people who faces several of problems which are related
to their mental and Physical health lack of confidence along with the capability is a for the

effects of principle of shares have been analyzed in the favor of rights of such people. If the
professionals provide the equal Healthcare to the patients can affect the negatively in the rights
of vulnerable people because they are already facing several over disability issues unlike other
person, they are required to have extra care and attention in their centers. And that is providing
the facility of equality to their patients according to the principles of care. This implies the effect
on the rights of vulnerable people. Providing the equal Healthcare to these patients affect them
negatively in the right of vulnerable person because they are facing a lots of disabilities issues
unlike other people they need extra care and attention in their centers.
There are several rights which give power to vulnerable people for the purpose of getting
Health Care in any Health Care Centre. The most effective right which is related to the financial
and social issue such as providing them Portable water or housing meals. Rights related to the
issues of political and social are getting freedom from violence discrimination and pain. All of

the above mentioned rights should be affected directly by providing Healthcare facility is a as
per the principle of care in an effective and efficient manner in the health and social Care
Centers. NHS consider the principle of care by a factor in the various ways to the right of
vulnerable people. It can be sad that these rights help the patient in recovering fast in an effective
and efficient manner.
Issues of care and control in health and social care
Health and social care centre fees are lots of problem related to the care and control while
they are providing Health Care facilities or services to the patients. The major issue which they
face while caring and controlling people is related to the vulnerable sector because they are large
in number and they are facing a different problem. It is necessary for the health and social Care
Centers to provide facility before and best according to their rights for the purpose of managing
them. It is a very difficult task for them to control and manage such people in an effective
manner. If they are not control and managed on time it will create the negative impact on the life
of health of patients. NHS group is facing several problems related to vulnerable people in
creating them in an effective manner.
Another problem may arise when a person is not able to have free Healthcare services. It
leads to the creation of several issues of caring and controlling the patients in the health and
social Care Centres. They are required to provide good services to the people of old age. It
become the major issues for care takers in order to manage the old people in the health and social
Care Centers.
The cost of services is found as very high which is also a problem while providing services
related to care and control in health and social Care Centers. People from vulnerable sector are
not able to afford these services which are necessary for their health. In the context of NHS so it
can be a strong reason which is creating issues for them for the purpose of managing and
providing the best facilities to their patients. Lack of transparency can be the another problem in
health and social Care Centers. It also directly affects the patients along with the services
providers for the purpose of providing best Healthcare services to them. All the above mentioned
issues and problems of care and control are considered as the major issues which arise as a while
providing the Healthcare services to the patients. Along with this it also affects the overall
performance of the health and social Care Centers.

Importance of legislation in the protection of vulnerable people in health and social care
Safeguarding is considered as a legal obligation in the case of Health and social care. It is a
major obligation for all types of organization whether they belong to private or public sector. It is
necessary to be properly followed all the pieces of legislation. Under the case of Health and
social care There are several types of groups have been classified adult’s children and many
more. But in the case of vulnerable group it became more important to have legal adherence to
have proper protection of laws.
It has been found that the disabled men or women are required extra care because they

I have experienced of Higher Learning from the present research which help me in the
processing of enhancing my existing knowledge. I have examined by area of interest i.e health
and social care. Now if I wanted to go with my interest then it is necessary for me to increase my
present competence level. I have learnt about the several principles of care which are necessary
to be implemented in the health and social care field. For instance, I also learn regarding the
importance of principles of care which help in the process of enhancing my communication skills
along with the several employees and patients.
Communication plays an important role in the process of effective working in the health
and social care sector. It plays an important role in developing the details overview of the care
providers in presenting the status of the patients and in the ways which they provide treatment to
their patients which result in the fast recovery. In addition to this I have found a lots of other
skills assets which I learnt during this process. It covers the way verbal support which helps the
patient in betterment in the process of recovery. Another skill which I learnt from this modular is
to understand regarding the several legislations which implies an impact on the present
functioning of organizations. It has been found that there are several legislations related to the
Healthcare which are required to be implemented in health and social centers. Communication

plays an important role in case of Healthcare workers as it helps in creating the positive
relationship with the other team members of Health Care.
It is necessary to adopt the medical recommendation along with the preventive health
behaviors. Another skill set which I learn from this research is time management. It is an
important factor in career in Health and Care factor because lies are literally online. It is essential
to pulled multiple directions so that Healthcare employees are aware regarding their task which
are required to be performed on the prior basis. From this module I have learnt regarding the
skills of time management which stated that I have to focus on the task which is very important
to perform first and further more I have to perform another duty.
Along with all these skills set I have also worked self confidence and develop it as per the
needed level because it is very essential to understand the way confidence for the purpose of
communicating in an effective manner with the patient's. I also developed the learning that is
Healthcare sakta manager have to perform variety off rolls such as a planning directing and
establishment of required level of coordinator which will come co-ordinate and communicate all
the settings of an organisation. Employment in the health and medical service centres are
managed and assist in the process of effective functioning of the important task whereas all the
activities are a part of the health and social care services.
In addition to all these skills I also learnt how to deal with the negative attitude and overall
situations of Ek right is more. There are five possibilities in the health and social care factor that
the employees are not able to have understand the actual issues of patient which affect the
treatment of patients. If a proper technical team is not available to solve the issues regarding the
health of the patient, it may result in the the development of duj issues. So it is necessary to have
a proper mind set while dealing with any type of Criticism. It is also necessary for the Health and
Care work to develop the ability to learn and accept all the overall negative attitudes or
responses.
The perceptions of patients of the quality of services in the Healthcare sector is totally
depend on the quality of interactions within the clinic or a team. It is necessary to have strong
communication skills at which implies positive effect on the patients and give them a satisfactory
treatment. Higher the self confidence in the performance of medical assigned duties have a vital
role towards the better utilisation of the present opportunities and the duty is in this process.
Assigning duties in the medical factor leads to better utilization of present opportunity is a. This

future pressure which will arise and become a part of daily work. While working in a team as a
team member it is necessary for me to work with the proper coordination by handling the work

From the power report it has been concluded that in the case of Health and social care it is
very important to follow the principles of care in the field of Healthcare. It is necessary for the
individual to develop the scaled which are mentioned in this report for the purpose of working
theme for social and Health Care Centres. There are several principles have been found which
are related to this service sector. The skills which are required to develop in an individual include
promotion of effective communication, adherence to legislation, team work, coordination and
many more which leads to the the development of skills which will help the individual in making
