the emergency case needs to divide multidisciplinary into two groups so that each team can
working on the team. it includes improved health outcomes and increase satisfaction rate of
clients and leads high efficient use of resources as well as influences job satisfaction of team
members. This model uses by various health care organizations such as NHS to get outcome-
based results. There has an example of Alice case where she suffers from multiple disease so she
takes treatment with NHS agencies which offers various type services to the people. To treat her
effectively NHS agencies uses multidisciplinary team model which is classified into two forms
traditional care group and multidisciplinary team (Worth, 2018). Traditional care (TC) group
provides care services to the people while MDT group offers clinical service means diagnosis
service. Traditional care group provides medication care service to the Alice for diagnosing TB.
On other hand when her kidneys fail due to medication that become complicate situation for the
team so MDT have to give dialysis treatment so that her living expectancy rate enhances. Thus,
NHS uses multidisciplinary model to improve patient’s life.
In Alice case founds that her son Mark suffers from mental issues and needs treatment
but he refuses constantly to receive care from local authorities. It denotes he needs love of the
care expertise. To handle such kind cases, health and social care authorities direct to the
workforce that they must treat care patients with love and offers all information that they willing
to know. Thus, health professionals treat patients effectively.
Roles, responsibilities and duties of manager of multidisciplinary team
The main goal of the social and health care is to build it’s brand image and popularity as
an ideal health and social care organization and maintains wellbeing and convivence of the
patient by eradicating disease. i am the manager of multidisciplinary team so it is primary duty of
mine to strictly monitor team performance either they perform their roles and responsibilities in
properly manner or not. To analyse staff performance effectively gathers feedbacks from the
patient and takes attendance that is necessary to get immediate improvements. Thus, I can
improve reputation of the company effectively as well improves interpersonal working of
multidisciplinary team (MDT). Apart from this, I ensure that MDT team offers equity in the
provision of care, financial support and freedom to the patients on the basis of their background
related to disease in the health and social care organization or not (McCoy and et.al., 2018). In
the emergency case needs to divide multidisciplinary into two groups so that each team can

perform their functions effectively. Whereas I delegate number of tasks between two groups so
that they do not depend on each other. In addition, I also focus that staff member treats their
patients with dignity and respect or not. I focus on the patient’s services like diet foods, cleaning
of rooms, personal hygiene and security of patients so that they can get quality of care service in
the organization. Thus, I perform my roles and duties perfectly in the organization as manager.
Social processes impact on users of health and social care services
Social processes are the activities, actions and operations that comprises the
communication between two people. Social processes are isolation and exclusion,
marginalisation which are prevalent in society and gives positive and negative impact on users in
the home. The processes are described below:
Isolation is one of the main social processes which feels by patients in social and health
care. when people suffer from communicable disease in that case, they are kept in different
wards in the health organization. As same case with those people who suffers from mental
illness, then they keep in different wards whereas they feel isolated themselves. So, it is
important for the social and health care professionals must remain in touch with such patient
which maintains their wellbeing ad feel more relaxed in other wards as well (Jones and et.al.,
2017).
Marginalization is another form of discrimination because in that state, person is not
treated equally as result it can impact social and health care organization’s image negatively. So,
it is very important that every care patient must treat equally and transparently in the social and
health care organization. the reason behind is that inequality may create conflict crisis and harm
to goodwill of workplace.
When health and social care organizations doe not practices on social processes effectively as
result reduces image of the organization in the society.

Inter-professional working refers as a group of people or individuals who belongs to
different discipline and working skills in the same health and social care organization. Different
working skills and experienced people interacts to each other in order to exchange knowledge
and achieves the best outcomes (Leung and Dumontier, 2019). Inter-personal working is
that they do not depend on each other. In addition, I also focus that staff member treats their

partnership initiative gives positive on NHS team’s working because Croydon health
professional have extensive knowledge about old aged care people while NHS’s practitioners has
medical skills. Both NHS and Croydon work together that improves quality of care and achieves
desirable outcomes in the organization. Croydon’s health professional easy to offer medication
and clinical care service to the patient as per their situation, on the other hand, NHS enables to
handles old aged patients effectively in the organization. Thus, interpersonal working improves
levels of care that impacts on organization’s performance and patient’s health positively
(McCormack and McCance, 2016).

founded guilty or catch red handed to misbehave with old people then they should give strict
punishment to enhance their suspending their services from care homes or social and health care
organization and does not offer them re-employment for long period (Pichon-Riviere and et.al.,
2018). Thus, complaint policy protects old aged people from these type consequences. This
policy is effective for the multidisciplinary staff as well if they are discriminated by senior
authorities then they can complaint against senior authorities. According to the policy rule, main
authority of organization has right to suspend senior authority. To implement this policy
effectively will follow all rules related to the policy laws and takes fair decision to punish wrong
person weather they are from staff member or senior authorities (Harrison and et.al., 2019).
Recommendation
Health and social care organization must use organizational structure approach that helps
to control over the staff and can empowers staff by offering level of power to control
their junior staff. it is the best approach for the organization handle all staff member
effectively in the health and social care organization.
Organization must appoint separate committee for analyse basic functioning of the social
care organization. It helps company to constantly updating about staff’s care quality
service like bad practices are given in the care home or good (Robson, 2017).
Training and development program in the care centre also supports health and social care
organization to improve quality and skills in the staff as result enhances outcome-based
care.
