much better manner by accomplishing their day to day activities. However, health and social care
is a term which relates with those services that are provided by healthcare associations to the

Therefore, assignment is going to highlight various legal norms, legislation, provisions, rules and
regulations set by governing bodies for controlling wrongful conducts from health care
associations. However, case study based on two care homes will discussed in the project for
understanding the influence of several elements related with health care practices on users and
company too. For example; procedure followed by care homes for protecting patients, employees
and various other member related with the association. Number of theories, effectiveness of
inter-professional and several other matters related with development of social care workplace
are further outlined in the project. Hence, main objective of the whole assignment is to throw
major lights on numerous of Principles related with health and social care practice.

members whether they are properly accomplishing their roles and responsibility or not. In fact,
for judging the whole situation I need to consider feedbacks of patients instantly in order to take
immediate improvements at workplace. By this strategy, frequent enhancement and changes can
suddenly made which helps in regaining the reputation of Care home.
Apart from this, as a manager I am also responsible for ensuring that I can provide equity
in provision of care, permission of accessing facilities which are provided by an organization,
financial support as well as liberal behaviour towards patients who are fully depend on us. Along
with this, number of other responsibilities are also identified which is followed by manager
which includes health care services. From all the obligation, foremost role is to make sure that
whether the users are receiving proper medical care as per their requirement or not. As, it’s a
most top most issue that must be considered as life and development of users is fully dependent
on medical care which is given to them by Care home professionals. Hence, role of manager not
