Health and social care sector has appear as a biggest industry. Various improvements in
this industry has results in improved the quality of life and increase the life expectancy (Munn-
Giddings and Winter, 2013). For offer better services to individuals and to contribute more in
their healthy living it it very essential for health and social care homes to deliver services to
individuals as per the set standards of quality. By better understand the needs and requirements
