these are used when health and social care workers provide care to the Alice. These principles
are explained below with some examples:

are working within the organisation should be protected from any type of harm, injuries and

an organisation to ensure people safety within the workplace. Therefore HCA should ensure to
follow health and safety law are provide protection to Alice, her children along with employees
of an organisation. The protection does not means only to provide physical safety but to maintain
dignity and assure confidentiality of their data. In order to protect Alice who is patient and
employees of HCA, a proper induction programme should be their for employees of an
organisation providing proper training to the employees regarding dealing with any type of
dangerous or harmful events in workplace. Secondly it should be assured that food which has
been provided in HCA should be hygienic so that any type of difficulty does not occur to the
people working in organisation. It should be ensured that the management of HCA should take
reasonable steps in order to ensure minimum hazards at workplace (McCormack and McCance,
2016). Also HCA should ensure to take an action again those who fails to provide services in
healthy and safe manner or who fails to maintain the dignity of law under which the company or

4.3 Recommendation
It is the duty of every health and social care worker to contribute to their best in order to
develop health and social care services at workplace (Morse, 2016). I will ensure that the
services which is provided by HCA should ensure safety of people including patient, employees
and other workers of the organisation. I will ensure that whatever feedback I will receive from
my subordinates and superiors I will try to work on them, I will take responsibility of my actions
and will ensure that any type of harm is not caused by me to any people specially patients. I will
remain loyal to the organisation and will handle my duty with care. And it will also try to make
my best possible contribution in health and social care service each time I deal with new patients.
CONCLUSION
From the above study it is concluded that the health and social care workers should strive
hard to enhance their contribution towards developing the effective provision for these services.
The principles help the service provider to meet the needs and expectation of the patient and
easily satisfy them. If customers are satisfied thus the organization will grow and their goodwill
will be raised in the market and more consumer will be attracted thus their goal can also be
achieved and patients are also treated better with the collaborative working of the service
provider and the workers. This can be done effectively with the help of different theories in
better image of the organisation.
4.2 Contribution
In order to develop social and healthcare policies in HCA, all the seniors of an
organisation will be consulted. It will be ensured that within the organisation health and safety
policy as well as complaint policy is well regulated. As per the health and safety policy the
policies by considering health and safety of employees will be prepared. For example, HCA will
be committed to prevent any type of accidental loss in an organisation to any people or resources
of organisation (De Serres and et.al., 2017). In accordance with industry standard HCA will
ensure that any type of accidental loss should not be occurred within the organisation. Secondly
for implementing complaining policy Meetings among the organisation is one of the important
platform in order to develop healthcare policies. Similarly the complaint policy will also be
implemented in organisation in order to make the people of an organisation including patient to
