INTRODUCTION
Management is the process that helps the organization to control the activities and plant
activities in order to achieve their targets and goals. There are different kinds of principles of
management that support the organization to achieve their goals and objectives and create
positive environment in the organization. Just report is going explain in write about the shorter
plant which is rely on the principles of management and also rely on the module full stop in
addition to this report going to represent the knowledge that has been given by the individuals in
the lectures or Indian seminar so that they can get experience on the particular module so that
they can identify their strength and weaknesses in order to work on it and get more opportunities.
MAIN BODY
In week 1 the lecture contain the information about the management that is how the
individual develop the management thinking and what are the management theories of team and
how they are related to the practical and real life experience. In addition to this the seminar will
cause in rating on developing the management skills so that the individual can work on their
capabilities in order to get more positive outcomes. After attending the seminar of week 1 and
the lines that I have strong communication as well as interpersonal skills that is act as a my
opportunity but the time management skills and the planning skills actors and weakness so it is
very important for me to improve my skills so that I can get more opportunities and become
capable to achieve my goals and objective.
In week 2 I get that information about the formative feedback so that that will help me to find
out about my capabilities in order to get knowledge and about my skills and knowledge for stock
as I also analyze that my writing skills are very poor so it is very important for me to work on
that in order to get more positive outcomes.
In the third week, I analyse about the practices of Management and about the management
reality the basic task and responsibility of the manager of the organization and the requirement of
the manager in order to understand and manage the internal and external environmental factors
which create impact on the organizational performance. After attending the session in week 3
analyze that it is very important for the organization to identify the internal and external

environmental factors so that they can get opportunities and overcome the uncertainty factors
and threats which are facing by them. In order to analyze the internal environmental choose the
best strategy which are used by the organization is SWOT analysis and in order to analyze the
external factors the organization is considering pestle analysis as well as porter's five forces
model.
In week 4, I understand about the competing values of framework and also get the knowledge
about the management functions which are very important part of the organization in order to
ensure the success of the business. In addition to this I also get knowledge about the industrial
managers and academic that how the manage organizations efficiently in order to get more
positive outcomes.
In week 5, I got to learn about the management theories that are Classical, human relations
systems and contingency theory these are very helpful for the organization in order to get more
positive outcomes and work accordingly. This theory helps the organization to maintain the
stability control and improve the direction gold clarity in order to get positive outcomes. It also
develops flexibility in the organization.
In week 6, I got to learn about the last model which is on the competing values Framework in
order to complete the values framework and learn about the contingency approach. In this week I
also analyze about the significance of the referencing as academic skills and also opportunity to
apply my knowledge in the case study so that I can you clarifies the questions which are
regarding the assignment. It helps me to boost my confidence level and help me to find out the
query so that I can overcome the problems which are facing by me and get the opportunity to
become more successful.
All over the session I analyze that it is very important for me to analyze about the
principles of management and get more experience and knowledge about the management so that
I can improve my weaknesses and work on it in an appropriate manner. There are three areas that
is very important for me to improve myself and that is my writing skills and my planning and
time management skills so that I can improve them and conduct and personal development
clients so that I can maintain a proper schedule and improve my capabilities in order to get more
positive outcomes. Along with this the professional and the personal development plan helps me

to set the targets and provide me appropriate criteria so that I can get the appropriate feedback
from my managers or from my fears in order to improve my weaknesses and convert it into the
strength so that I can become more successful in my life and get more opportunities so that I can
overcome the uncertainty and threats which are facing by me and achieve my goals and
objectives.
CONCLUSION
From the above mentioned report it has been concluded that for the management students
it is very important for them to analyze and understand about the principles of management so
that they can identify the significance of the management process and learnt about their theories
in order to get positive outcomes and create more positive environment in the organization. As a
employee it is the responsibility of the individual to understand about the management procedure
so that they can conduct their activities accordingly in order to get positive outcomes and
overcome the threats.
