What has been learned so far from the module
The module taught so far helped in enhancing my learning and knowledge effectively.
The various modules about different topics helped me learn about other things and enhanced my
learning capacity accordingly. Also, the importance of we know for the growth and development
of the students in their career. During this module, I have learned what good management is all
about; I have learned that effective management includes proper planning and organizing (Dave,
2019)—leading and controlling along with adding value to enhance the overall performance of
the business organization. There was also a discussion about what makes a good manager among
the team members.
During the learning process, I have understood the various perspectives of management
with the help of different definitions of management. Also, I have learned about the specialist
areas of management, such as functions and hierarchies. During this period, I have learned about
various management roles, such as informational, interpersonal, decisional, etc. Additionally, I
have also known about the difference between management and organization.
Further, I have learned about the practices of managing an organization effectively. This
module helped me understand what management is all about, including the leading roles and
responsibilities. In addition to this, I have also understood the various internal and external
environments that directly influence the organization's functioning.
After that, I have learned about the foundation of management theory and the various
historical development of approaches. I also learned about different models such as reasonable
goals, internal process models, human relations models, and open systems models. Also, I have
understood scientific management and the analytical goal model effectively.
This module helped me improve my education regarding the internal process model, such
as the work of weber and fall, and the human relation model, such as the Hawthorne experiment
(Kaushal and Srivastava, 2021). Additionally, the learning process helped me further to enhance
my learning about the foundation of management theory. This module was constructive in
enhancing my learning capacity and learn about a new concept of management.
In the last stages, I have learned more further about the different management th4eory.
This module helped me learn about the management module, the CVF, and the open systems
management model. I also learned about the contingency approach. This module helped me

enhance my learning skills and knowledge regarding management and the various management
theories included.
How has the feedback received helped in analyzing the strength and weakness
The feedback I received helped me analyze the things I was good at and the areas that
needed improvement from my side. The feedback received was very helpful in diagnosing my
overall performance and the areas needing further improvement to enhance overall performance
and profitability (Giannoudis and Einhorn, 2020), as the feedback received highlighted that I
have scored 22 points out of 40, which shows that I have remembered about the concept of the
management. But also scored only 15 out of 60, which showed that I performed poorly in the
MCQ and needed some improvement. In the case of the first part, which included two questions.
In the first question, I got 8 out of 20, which was about the management definition. And the
second question was about how the business analysis tools that are useful to managers I got only
14 out of 20, which is considered good. But with the help of my feedback, I have analyzed that
MCQ related to the management principle requires more improvement. Enhancing my
knowledge will be the only solution to improve my performance. This feedback helped me
explore the area I was good at and the size I needed to improve effectively. I have analyzed that
feedback plays an essential role in enhancing an individual's overall performance and helps in
their further growth and development (Weidner, Yang, and Hamm, 2019). After this feedback, I
have analyzed that I need improvement regarding the learning about the management and tools
regarding the management tools which was about the principle of management. Improving this
section will help me in performing better and achieve my desired career goals and objectives.
Identify the things that need improvement
Proper feedback offered helped me to analyze the areas I am good at and the places that
need improvement. I have researched that improving my needed areas will allow me to enhance
my skills and capabilities. I have analyzed that I lack the management concepts and various
business analysis tools, which are helpful to the manager. Learning about multiple management
tools and ideas will help in enhancing my learning capacity. The different methods that can be
taken into consideration are reading various books on management and attending multiple
lectures by the teachers, which will help enhance my learning capacity and knowledge regarding
the topic. This will also help improve my overall performance and help in my career growth and
development, and it will also help achieve my desired goals. Also, I need to learn about various
