common philosophy and aim of caring the patients and providing them health facilities in the

Harm, in health and social care department, can be defined as an activity or procedure through
a physical or mental injury or damage is given to an individual by the other. On the other hand,
abuse can be defined as the use or treat in such a way as to cause damage or harm i.e.
humiliating the individual’s rights in an appropriate manner. The Fleetwood hall home is
