Private Nursery in Kensington Gardens will be develop in case of providing the variety of
plants as well as trees through the aesthetic setting arrangements (Kirzner 2015). Kensington

established in the year 1993 and it was delegated by Government Executive Agency (Orr, Leach
and Koerbel 2017). It has become the public charitable program after the approval from minister.
This area is unique due to its importance in the international level. Due to its unequalled set of
green spaces, it has become the popular destination for tourists, which has indirectly influenced

the idea for contributing on the environment positively. The Private Nursery in Kensington
Gardens will focus on providing standard quality of choice so that people who have interest in
gardening and planting can get the reliable products. Through the introduction of wide variety of
plants, the entrepreneur aims to successfully target the renters, contractors and residential
customers.
The business will be developed with the motto of maintaining the balance between
responsibility towards environment and creative policy so that the trade opportunity can be
encouraged (Kuratko 2016). The business idea will be developed by the entrepreneur in case of

environmental sustainability. With the effective motto for introducing the sustainable
development, the entrepreneur has decided to manage the current situational impact on the
environment.

The idea of nursery business came to the mind of the entrepreneur after analyzing its rate
of profitability (Burns 2016). Analyzing the changing lifestyle of individuals, it has been
identified that gardening has become one of the popular hobbies of people. Due to its lower
manufacturing cost as well as increasing demand in the market, the business idea has come on
the entrepreneur’s mind. By continuing this, it can also be said that world has become highly
conscious regarding the fashion. In that case, in every business, good presentation as well as
innovative structure has become important for dragging the attention of potential customers. Due
to socio-economic opportunities, unique plants are being considered as the important element for
showing the social status. As a result, introducing the ornamental plant can be highly beneficial
for the entrepreneur in the current business scenario. Before developing a nursery plan, it is very
important for the entrepreneur to search for a proper land, in which the farming business can be
effectively done. In that case Kensington Garden has been chosen by the entrepreneur which
already has introduced various business as well as environmental opportunities in the market.

ensuring the reduction of carbon emission and environmental sustainability, an agreement can be
done between the park authority and the entrepreneur. It is true that based on the case of dealing
with the emerging situation, the entrepreneurial business plan can be developed. As the
entrepreneur has decided to introduce the luxury flowers in the nursery. In that case, the retarget

Section 4: Conclusion
In the study, it can be concluded that from the entrepreneurial development process ideas,
it has been learned by me that in order to develop a sustainable position in the market, the
sustainable business initiatives are important. Through the introduction of luxury flowers and the
customized pots, the entrepreneur has aimed to bring the uniqueness in the competitive business
environment. The entrepreneurial development process has highlighted the importance of
legislative frameworks, which are needed to successfully implement for ensuring the service
standard in the business. The product and services which have been mentioned in the
entrepreneurial process, can bring the significant impact on the flower industry. Analyzing the
entire research, it can be said the entrepreneurial process has increased the further scope for the
others, who want to develop their business in the same field. The study has helped me to learn
about the impact of external environment on the business planning process.
