Treating risk (in the risk register) is one of the PMBOK processes for managing project
risk. What are the other risk processes and how do they enable risks to be managed
proactively throughout the project lifecycle?
Answer
In the process of project management there can be different types of risk which can be
associated within the working of the project. In most of the cases it can be seen that risk
factors play a very vital role which directly moves the project to the aspect of failure. It can
be stated in this context that there are different types of risk factor registers which can be
useful in the process of the identification of the risk factors which can get involved into the
process of project. Mostly it can be seen that the factor of risk are majorly associated during
the implementation phase of the project. This is due to the factor that the implementation
phase of the project is one of the most important parts of the project which directly deal with
the essential working of the project. The main aspect which is related to the risk register is
that the risk factor in this approach is identified before the risk is imposed into the system.
There are other factors also which play an important role in this context. Mostly the
identification of the risk is important in most of the scenario and it this context it can be
stated that it should be seen that the risk factor do not impact the internal as well as external
working of the project. Risk factors are generally categorised into sector depending upon the
type of impact it can possess. Mostly the risk factor which disrupt the proper working of the

which can be involved into the concept of quality. It can be stated that a project which is
delivered in time should involve all the necessary quality measure aspect which would
directly satisfying the scope of the project and the objective of the project.
The process of a project play a very vital role in the context of quality of the project.
It should be very much important to know how a project process should be included in the
