EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The present report is about advising management of Pro Go on developments of three
different strategies that can be implanted in business in order to sustain is market and growth as
most of the mobile phones have all the features that are provided by our cameras. Three
strategies have been found out which can prove to be beneficial to business. Among all three,
enhancement of research and development capabilities is advisable to choose as at present the
technology patented by company is possessed by no one else but it is not sure that it will not be
in future so development of new technology is must as consumer will be attracted to product
with a unique technology which on other product has.
INTRODUCTION
The present report is about suggesting different strategies to guide the company over the
issue of limited use of stand-alone camera of Pro- GO limited (Aihara and et.al.,2017). The
company is engaged in production of high end cameras which provides high quality of videos in
both day light and night times. In the present time this has been seen that most of the mobile
phone carries these features in them. So this can is a serious point of the Pro Go Company as this
market can suffer because this camera provides limited features of clicking photos and making
videos. The represents report is percent to all esteem members of the company with various
strategies that can be implemented in order to gain advantages in the market.
