Pro-Go Pty Ltd headquartered in Geelong, Victoria which produces cameras, however, most
phones are having inbuilt cameras which has led to decline in profits. New product has been
suggested along with strategy for higher profits.

Determining three options for company to different products or technologies
The technology is booming around the globe with new products being flourished in the
market. Pro-Go Pty Ltd can enter into other products as cameras are nowadays available in most
phones leading to decline sales. The three product options which company can introduce are as
follows-
1. Mobile phones- It is one of the widely used products and has higher customer base.
People are provided with several features through which they purchase phones. However,
mobile phone market is highly competitive to enter into.
2. Gaming Laptops- It is computer designed basically for playing video games having high
profile video cards, graphics and core-count CPU’s. Moreover, it can be used for
professional purpose as well. Pro-Go Pty Ltd can manufacture gaming laptops.
3. Drone cameras- The drone is a modern camera which is more convenient to handle than
traditional cameras (Rabta, Wankmüller & Reiner, 2018). Product is in its introductory
phase and thus, no competition exists in this segment which can be grabbed by
organisation.

The options are provided which can be used to enter the market with ease. However, most
preferred option for Pro-Go Pty Ltd can effectively manufacture and sell drone cameras which
