Introduction
This report will discuss the flame accident in Pro –Go Pvt. Ltd. In that accident there was the
number of cameras has burst and the company faced a difficult situation to survive in the market.
The company has the largest customer rate- major retail chain business throughout China. Due to
this accident, their sales agreement and contract was cancelled, for this organization require
immediate action to maintain the contract rate. This is the reason that the report will be discussed
what the strategies plan are necessary and what kind of modification is required to balance the
organization in the next five years. It’s a demand for the issue that it will need a discussion round
with stakeholder. The meeting will be the focus on those points which helps to save the
organization and rebuild an empire of cameras in the same market. This report will require
proper discussion with the stakeholder and implement the factual views or opinion.

In the country Victoria, there are three parts of the privacy legislation which provides protection
to the information privacy rights:
 The Privacy Act 1988 (Cth)
 The Health Records Act 2001 (Vic)
 The Privacy and Data Protection Act 2004 (Vic) (PCP Act)

2004 (Vic) (PCP Act)" because in this government provides pre guidelines or framework on how
the company can collect personal information, how they manage that information, where they
can store that information and how they can use and disclose this data.Pro-Go Pty Ltd should
take adequate actions in order to protect the data of the consumer effectively and immediately.
This law protects the privacy rights of the customer. Therefore, Pro-Go Pty Ltd should need to
adopt a strategy to keep the details of the consumer safe and to make sure it will not be misused.
Currently, the company is adopting various methods like cloud sharing, hard drives, etc. Now,
they must introduce new technology for keeping the data secure.
 The Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) – It concern is providing the protection to the personal
information that is collected and used by the official authority. Like, financial and
personal information collected by the Federal Government organisation, the Australian
tax office, etc. (Han, et al., 2016).

 The Health Records Act 2001 (Vic) – This law protects the health care information of
the people which includes information available to the doctors, health institutions,
hospitals, etc. (Mendelsom and Wolf, 2017).
However, in this emergency time, the only law which can succour the Pro-Go Pty Ltd is “The
Privacy and Data Protection Act 2004 (Vic) (PCP Act)”. The company has to announce its new
data safety measures in the market in order to balance their sales and reputation. After the
accident of the camera burst into the flames, the company needs to bring consumers in their
favour by ensuring them that their data is safe with them. Now, Pro-Go Pty Ltd may need to give
an explanation to the government officials also because in the market news are leaked that the
company is breaching this act (Newman, 2015).
Technological advances
Technology is creating a new face every day in Pro-Go Pty Ltd. In this company, new innovative
technology continuously taking place because of the hard and smart work for the technical team.
However, it should be clearly announced to the departments that new innovation should be done
with the safety features. Currently, in China, a few Camera turns into the flames, and no-one
knows why. Right now, it is requested to the technical team to find out the fault and rectify it
immediately because in Chinese market people start discouraging this product. If nothing is
done, then the company have to lose its large Chinese customer base and reputation of the
company will ruin (Saxena, et al., 2016).
Right now the company should announce that the technical team should gather effectively
immediately for finding out the conclusion for this burst because higher level management has to
provide justification in the market for this. Delay in this work can lead to massive losses for the
company. People will start discouraging the other products of the company also if no

justification is giving by the company. Pro-Go Pty Ltd should delegate the responsibility to move
freely so that they can come on conclusion faster (Witzleb, 2018).
For the future, the technical team of Pro-Go Pty Ltd should remember to give more attention to
the safety features rather than just innovating new technology. With the safety measure, the life
of product increase and the trust of the consumer also increases for the product. However, the
technical team can add or modify the below safety measures in the camera:
 Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC)
 Lane Departure Warning
 Battery protection by adding more cooling slides.
 Advance automated emergency braking
Some of the above safety features are already in the cameras, and some are new safety
features. However, the team should need to add more safety features, or they should
modify the existing measures to ensure the trust of the consumer again in the product
(Han, et al., 2016).

These kinds of devices support the camera to share its images, video and voice with other
connected device. Due to the advancement in technology connected devices stores data in

image in the market throughout China. Companies take benefit and mould itself in the direction
of connected devices. These devices help to analyse or observe the activity occur in the
organization.
These devices help to fetch or extract the data in a mid of interpretation without disturbing
another factor of devices. Company expands its business by implementing this strategy over it. It
increases the performance rate of the organisation because it deals with various activities at the
same time. According to the recent event, the company is already facing losses, so this strategy
will help to rebalance the situation again in a few years (Vu, 2018).

This refers to the situation when Pro-Go Pty Ltd introduces a new product in the existing market
or introducing a new product in the existing market. By adopting these practices, the company
can scale its sales faster. They can also introduce their new technology in the new or existing
