Introduction
The organizations are working in the uncertain environment. It is crucial for the organizations of
this era to develop effective policies or plans that can help them to deal with the changes of the
society. The respective assignment is likewise highlighting the case of Pro-Go, which is a small-
scale organization based on the manufacturing of action cameras. With the advancement of
technology the sales of the company are reducing tremendously and therefore the company is in
a need of developing new and innovative strategies. With the assistance of this assignment a
variety of strategy as imposed by the company are highlighted and enumerated in effective
manner.

Aim
The key aim of the managers of Pro-Go is to implement technologically advanced ideas in the
organization that can help in enhancing the sales of the firm and fighting the increasing
competition (Piotrowicz & Cuthbertson, 2014).
Discussion
With reference to the scenario it is observed that Pro-Go is an active camera’s manufacturing
company and is observing growth from last few years. The company is currently facing the
issues related to decreasing sales and heavy competition. Due to the advancement of technology
the sales of the cameras sold by the company is decreasing insignificantly (Alegre & Chiva,
2013). Nowadays the consumers are making use of their mobile phones or tablet for the use of
the camera. None of them are interested in buying new cameras, and this is affecting the sales of
the firm in insignificant manner (Hickman & Silva, 2018). Some strategies developed for
respective process are as follows:
 Idea of General Managers: The basic duty of the general manager is to develop new
and innovative ideas for the growth of the company and to manage them in effective
manner. For the growth of the company the General Managers must try to enhance the
operations of the company by getting involved with the market of mobile phones. With
increasing their line of product the managers will be able to enhance the area of
operations of the company and this will help in yielding profits.
 Night vision cameras: In order to enhance the growth of the market the managers must
try to manufacture night vision cameras for their new product line. This will help in
attracting the concern of the customers and will likewise help in enhancing the goodwill
of the company (Hickman & Silva, 2018).
 Resolving the issues: The managers can resolve the issues of the firm by dividing them
in categories of short-term and long-term format. This will help the firm in identifying
the solutions of the issues in the most productive and advanced manner. With the help of
this technique the managers of the organization will be able to fulfil the objectives of the
organization.

With the assistance of respective ideas the General Manager of the organization will be able to
