Communication is related to those process which is used by the person to exchange the
information from one person to another. It is important for the organisation to develops effective
communication for the interaction of their employees with one another. This report is based on
the communication barrier which restricts the people to get vaccinated and also suggestion to
remove these barriers. This report also states various initiatives which government conduct to
motivate the people to take vaccine.

Barriers to effective communication
There are many barriers which the people face to get the vaccine and the brief discussion
to these barriers are given below:
Cultural barrier: There are large number of people living in the United Kingdom which
belongs to other cultures speaks and understand different language other than English.
This differentiation in language makes difficult for many people to understand the
procedure of covid.
Physical barrier: It is related to those barriers under which the people are facing the
problem to each at the vaccination centre due to long distance from their houses.
Provide effective strategies for overcoming communication barriers
There are many solutions to remove the barriers which are given below:
One of the most important strategy to remove cultural barriers from the vaccination is to
use different language in the procedures and advertisement of vaccination.
Another strategy which helps to remove the physical barrier from vaccination is to
established more and more vaccination centres near the houses of general public.
