Introduction:
The following study demonstrates the case study of the way the mining company intends the
continuant of the sustainable business. As part of their exploration phase, they have expected to
make the engagement of community for preparing the new mining tasks. The following study
suggests the risk management system that could be included for future projects during stage of
planning. Next, the Neohumanism is used as one of perspectives that is conflict based. Further, the
methodologies are to be explained to avoid distinct staffs to move away from the conflicts. Then,
Radical Structuralist can be used as the second perspective that is conflict based. Moreover, a set of
questions are proposed to be asked for future for avoiding pressure in individuals.
Risk management framework to be included for further projects during the
planning stage:
The sustainability risk framework for the mining company must be enhanced risk
management too particularly that is designed for determining and addressing the risks of
sustainability for their core business. This is applicable to every transaction of business like
investments and insurances with sourcing activates. This is to be done as extent to the possible like
current information and documentation related to those type of transactions provided or permissible
through virtue of the mandatory local type of law. The framework of the sustainability risk must be
upgraded in regular way for addressing latest developments in the current mining industries
(Hollander et al. 2016). Further, the framework has been comprising of a couple of umbrella
policies. This is environmental protection with other human rights. On the basis of umbrella policies
they must create the seven sector-specific type of guidelines. This must be specified with the
deployment of umbrella policies to the sectors by highlighting the salient type of environmental

concerns and human rights. The policies of the sector and the process of umbrella must be deployed
across the nation along with the lists of company exclusion. This must also involve the due diligence
of two-step process assuring compliances with framework of sustainability risk around the entire
business (Eizenberg and Jabareen 2017). Regarding company exclusions, every policy of the
framework of sustainability must particularize specific criteria leading to company’s exclusion from
the business. Every year they should compile the company lists found to be violating the criteria of
execution. Nonetheless, no such business has been conducted with those businesses by any part of
the current mining business remaining of the exclusion of the company. Regarding exclusion of
countries, the mining company must exclude specific nations from the business having specific
records of poor human rights. Here, the step has been going further than the ITCs or International
Trade Controls. Here, they must every year disclose the various list of the nations excluded under the
report of corporate responsibility. The goal has been refraining directly from the underwriting risks
and undertakes the investments to the entities that are on the basis of those nations (Missimer,
Robèrt and Broman 2017). Again, as far as due diligence process that has been the core part of the
framework of sustainability risk management. This comprises of the SBR or sensitive Business Risk
assessment Tool and the SBRReferral that is handled by the analysts of dedicated team. This must be
done with the appeal process with the disagreements that have been addressed. Besides, the process
must permit the effective management of the principles and useful to concentrate on effective risks
(Longoni and Cagliano 2015). The process must be most importantly embedded firmly under the
writing guidelines of the groups. This needs that every business has been compliant with the rights
of human beings and the guidelines of environmental protection.

Utilizing Neohumanism as one of the two conflict-based perspectives,
demonstrating the methodology to avoid the distinct staffs from moving away
from the conflict:
As per neohumanism, the distance between the sociosentiment and geosentiment has been
relatively long or short. They both possess maximal and minimal expression. As per socio-sentiment,
the minimal expression is the attraction that is been felt towards any nuclear family. The minimal
sociosentiment should be extended for embracing greater business of the mining company (Hervani,
Sarkis and Helms 2017). Thus it can embrace every human being. This is known as sociosentiment
maximittis. And since human beings fall under this category, individual staffs can be included from
being partisian to the company’s conflict.
Moreover, neohumanism is the perspective of the ordinary humanism related to distorted
humanism done and doing harm to the world. As per the philosophy, under the human expanded
type of sociosentiment, thus has been a positive type of trend. Nonetheless, it has been setting the
limits on expanding of the underpinning human spirit and love. Thus it has been remaining and
continuing to stay counterproductive. As per this, there has been the tendency for the common
humanists in substituting pity against love. This kind of psedohumanism obviously fosters the
conflict between human beings. Hence, every staff can be included within the business (Missimer
2015). Further, the idea rejects the conventional notion of human being as a rational animal. This
considers life of human beings to be an ideological type of flow. This has been characterized as per
the identification with along with commitment to the concept. Besides, it has been inspirational or
motivational. Here, the impetus for human movement or dynamism has been the conflicting
principles for selfish pleasure and social equity. Next, there is neohumanism that involves the
selfishness to be mental ailment to be socially divisive. People promoting and accepting the various

dogmas seen on the guidelines of selfish type of pleasure is done to secure the individual vested
interest (Marshall et al. 2015). Apart from this, it promotes social equity. The idea of egalitarianism
is circulation for many years. In due time, the idea consists of wider and more sophisticated. At
many times, different kinds of analysis are done with outcomes endorsing tremendous. Currently,
different examinations are done with outcomes endorsing the high significance with equitable
(Jackson 2016). Nevertheless, the determination of principle has been the never the ultimate stage of
the neohumanism due to the deployment of principle that has been mechanical. Finally, the ultimate
stage the human can turn into the blissful mission related to love. Ultimately, this has involved
internationalism. It is observed by neohumanism that the internationalism has been the rise of the
standard that is needed by ordinary humanism. This it has posed a similar sort kind of risk for
worldwide peace (Marshall et al. 2015).
Using radical structuralist as the second conflict based scenario to demonstrate
how a predictable negative backlash is there from pubic against marketing
campaign:
This is also known as change objective. The main underpinning that has been regulatory and
contradictories to a distinct way to live unjustly and has been untenable. Further, the distressed
groups and individuals have been useful for mollifying the effect of structural issues. However the
lasting change is been achieving to total society transformation. Besides, the intervention is
integrated around interpersonal, community, regional and political levels (Ciccullo et al. 2018).
Apart from this, the radical structuralism has been defined to be committed towards potentiality,
emancipation and radical change. This is under the assessment emphasizing the deprivation,
contradiction, modes of the domination and structural conflict. Furthermore, this is seen as the social
and natural world in materialistic way. This could be demonstrated as the views of radical

structuralism towards the social world has been seen to be material with independence presence.
Further, the social world has been understood and discovered by being aware of the properties of the
patterns and social regulatory. Besides, the actions of human beings have caused society. The wills
of human beings are found out through external environment (Boyer et al. 2016). Apart from this,
the various connections occurring between the phenomenon has been seen to be analyzed and
attained. There have been theories based on radical structuralism involving conflict theory,
anarchistic communism and historical materialism. Apart from this, the historical materialism is
concerned with material condition of the way to reproduce and produce the way of society. Here, the
social relations and production capacity of the production indicates the organization form of the
business and development stage. Hence, there is a predictable adverse backlash from the side of
public against the campaign of marketing (Azapagic et al. 2016).
Besides, the social relations and productivity capacity seek the stage of development form of
organization of the society. Apart from this, the anarchistic communism has been oozing the author
and rule in society. It has advocated the relations of mutual aid among people. Moreover, the conflict
theory claims that society has been structured for bringing benefits for same at the cost of majorities’
advantages. Nonetheless, society development has been based on various contradictions. Again, the
paradigm has been on the basis of objectivist perspective of the society and radical change as the
element of social reality (Popovic et al. 2018). Again, the subjects of analysis within paradigm have
been the potentiality, deviation, emancipation, modes of domination ad radical change. This is been
approaches with the evaluations of nomothetic perspectives, determinist, positivist and realist of the
social reality. Again, the radical critique of different societies related to paradigm on the basis of
structural relations in societies with the assumption regarding radical change has been developed to
nature and structure of the current society. This alterations obviously denote the advocates with
organic and vitalistic perspective on societies (Ochara and Mawela 2015). The common perspective

is that the radical changes have been form of economic and political crises due to the main conflicts
common for present societies. This has been across the conflicts emancipation of the society’s
members to be gained. The primary aim is the approach towards the radical structuralism paradigm
for developing the system strengthening position of the working class of developing systems
strengthening the situation of working class for developing system. This strengthens the working-
class position under the struggle against the domination of capitalists (Sierra, Yepes and Pellicer
2018). Here, the system analyst must be acting as the representative of labour supporting labours in
this struggle. Further, the primary actors denote the owners who are supported through labors and
management that are supported by system analyst. Further, radical structuralism is the process
through which it can be assumed that pre-existing reality is there with objective financial reality.
Suggesting a set of questions to be asked by project teams for future in order to
avoid the pressure over individuals:
How the organization does is approaching the initiative of social suitability?
Are the new functions for developing the relations of communities with contributing the
school initiative n other community actions effective enough?
How accusations on social media about the usage of charity for rising the market share?
What plans can the organization deploy for reacting and the vitriolic attack as the form
surprise?
Is shutting down the social media page of the company and withdrawing that from a
campaign is an effective approach?

Suggesting well-argued proposals helping for future campaigns for the company:
The company must see sustainability as a holistic system. This must be inclusive of man-
made and nature requiring to get balanced and regenerative for lasting long time period. The must
view sustainability as the type of report system of triple-bottom-line where they communicate with
the stakeholders. This must involve profit or economic performances, planet or environmental
performances and people and social performances (Whitton et al. 2015). Here, the aim is to develop
the practices of sustainable business for developing strategies preserving prolonged viability of
profit, plant and people which can be seen as the proverbial triple set of bottom line. This needs that
the world can be seen as the integrated system connected business with environment and society
with time and space. The mining business must deploy the corporate strategies that affecting the
business and its future.
For the staffs, they must integrate ideas that related to the traces of sustainable business.
Besides, they must foster the enhancing of agenda of sustainability centric research. Thus they must
provide the base for the efficient and quick transferring of the research that is university-based to
their business. Next, they must conduct the executive education. Here, the executive education that
has been educating corporate managers and executives and business owners medium and small
owners with the practical strategies of business (Sierra et al. 2018). Besides, executive education
must educate has been cooperating the executives and business with practical strategies of business
fostering economic and ecological suitability. There has been supporting the business working with
present organizations ad business for developing the tools for the success under sustainable and
emerging economy. Moreover, there are forums where groups are able to collaborate for eradicating
obstacles to gaining economic and ecological sustainability-related to sustainable enterprises
(Ahmad and Thaheem 2017).

10PROBLEM SOLVING CASE STUDY AND PROPOSAL REPORT
To gain the goals, the following steps are recommended for the mining company.
Setting connection:
Finding other people having the same type of interests under advanced sustainable practices
of business and develop community practice.
Collaboration:
They must work with the stakeholders, public enterprises, academics, business and
stakeholders for developing an innovative type of business practices and procedures.
Conversation:
To engage the dialogue with the stakeholders for finding best scopes and practices related to
the sharing of knowledge.
Lastly, the mining company must determine the social sustainability for developing the
employment scopes for the targeted groups. They must determine how they can develop access to
the transport of the targeted group. It is useful to develop the capability of the targeted group for
meeting the primary necessities (Husgafvel et al. 2015). Besides, they can develop security and
safety for the targeted groups and improve access to facilities and community amenities for that
targeted group. Regarding democracy and government they must determine the permission for wide
range of people for participating and representing the process of decision-making. Moreover, they
must find out processes related to the project’s decision making to easily and clearly know the
stakeholders and staffs (Roca-Puig 2019). Besides, they must have a sufficient budget for assuring
enough through the staffs who are trained and qualified. Here, one can assure that the usage of the
volunteers are suitable and governed properly. Apart from this, they must assure that the project

duration is enough for gaining intended results. Lastly, the mining company must not forget to
consider what might happen as the project stops.
Conclusion:
The above study shows how social sustainability has been helpful for the mining company to
manage and identify the business effects, positive and adverse impacts on people. Here, they must
keep in mind that their relationship, along with engagement with the stakeholders is vital. It has been
directly or indirectly affecting what has been happening to the workers and employees undervalue
chain and are vital to managing the effects in proactive way. The social license of the business is to
make operations that have been highly depending on efforts of social sustainability. Besides, due to
lack of social development like inequality and poverty one can hamper business growth and
operations. Simultaneously, there are activities to gain social sustainability to unlock the latest
markets with attracting and retaining the business partners. Moreover, it is origin of innovation for
new service and product lines. Employee engagement and internal morale might arise. On the other
hand, company-employee conflict, risk management and productivity can develop.
