Problem-solving techniques are important for every company because through this
companies are able to solve their complex problems. This report will discuss the complex
problems at the workplace and what are their impact at the organization. Analysation of
information on the known problem which can help in decision-making process. Further report

that solutions can be evaluated and after that appropriate option will be identified. Report will
also discuss plan for implementing solution and monitoring techniques.

through which it is able to attract the local audience as well as the tourists visiting the location,
which has provided organization a high customer base. Company tend to provide different type
of eating products to its customers on the basis of their requirements through which it tend to
guarantee that it is able to achieve high level of client involvement (Guswinda, Yuanita and
Hutapea, 2019). Cocotte Restaurant tend to provide its organizational services through in store
serving and also provide its organizational services through e-commerce activities in such a way
that it is able to succeed consumer diversity providing an efficient economic growth to the
organization.

Following are different situation at
Organizational leadership- The organizational leadership at Cocotte Restaurant tend to take
several steps through which it can ensure that company is able to achieve high level of work
productivity. Due to this factor it follows autocratic leadership for leading organizational
employee work forces so that employees are being able to achieve high level of work
productiveness (Michael, 2018). Due to this use of autocratic leadership employee's level of

productivity is being affected.
COVID-19- During the present time of COVID-19 the government have to implement lock
down within the country and because of which organizational sales and customer count was
brutally affected. Due to this the company has to take actions like reducing employee workforces
so that expenditures can be reduced because of which employees are not being able to achieve a
high level of engagement in organizational activities. Due to this the company has to face low
work productivity which make impact upon its substantiality within the market place.
Change management- Organizations like Cocotte Restaurant has to make sure that it is able to
make improvisations in the work areas as per bazaar requirements so that it is able to develop
new and rare products for achieving competitive edge. Due to this company has to provide cost-
efficient grooming to its worker so that they can implement appropriate changes in their work
areas through which it can accomplish high level of activity productiveness (Tawfik and et.al.,
2019). But it has to make organizational expenditures for providing training to employees
because of which it will affect its economic growth.
Analysing information on identified problem which help in decision-making process.
Through change management company adopt innovative skills in order to manufacture
new products so that can be launched in the market in order to attract more customers. This helps
in decision-making process because while making decisions company will add such policies
through which innovation can be adopted easily. Company will also pass more budget for the
expense which is required for research in order to produce innovative goods.
Covid 19 was uncertain so company should take such decisions which can be helpful in
the future when such uncertain situation arises.

As covid 19 was sudden and no one has expected lock down. Lock down has reduced
sales of the company. But restaurant should not fire their employees from job because company
was not having money to give them salary (Lalas and Lalas, 2019). Instead of firing them
company can stop giving salary in those months in which they are not earning enough. This can
be helpful of company in maintaining employee balance and also reduces turnover rate.
Employees will also feel that they are still the part of organization and once situation will get
normal they will join company again.

Change management is necessary so that company can adopt competitive advantage.
Organization have to manufacture innovative products in order to attract more customers and
retaining the existing one. In this pandemic company can provide virtual training to their

This is the decision-making technique helps to remove the subjectivity in the decisions. It
says that going with the guts is the human nature which means that when decisions are taken by

decisions on the basis of their experiences. Leaders should use analytical tools in the decision-
making. This technique provide solutions to the complex problems. Restaurant can provide
training and development to their workforce to that skills can be developed into them and which
help them in future in attaining the objectives. Effective communication is also one of the
solution (Mohaghegh and Furlan, 2020). Employer and employee should have transparent
communication so that their will be no scope for confusion or conflicts. Company should
welcome views and ideas from their workforce which will motivate them.
From the above three solutions, effective communication is the most appropriate option
because when the flow of communication is smooth then only organization can achieve its goal.
