Problem solving is the cognitive process of determining
the complex problem or issue and finding its solution.
In continuity the decision making is the step by step
process of assessing the alternative solutions by
gathering information to identify the best solution as
decision. In UK there is the complex problem of Job
dissatisfaction among the employees. The employees
highly upset and stressed with their jobs because they

The complex problems that are leading to the job dissatisfaction among the
employees of UK are:
UK’s long hours working: In UK organisations like ASDA there is the
culture of long working hours. Acc. the report of British Social Attitudes
survey 50% of the employees are doing overtime after their working hours
and also among them 44% are unpaid. This issue has complex nature as this
is reducing the productivity of employees in organisation and also increase in
employees absent rate.
