culture of long working hours. Acc. the report of British Social Attitudes

and also among them 44% are unpaid. This issue has complex nature as this
is reducing the productivity of employees in organisation and also increase in
employees absent rate.

workplace which makes the people think that their work is less
interesting and they worked very hard.
