the wok based problems process. The managers of Travelogue have determined
different solutions towards work based problems are determined below:
Identification of issues: In an organization if mangers are able to solve
problems and issues related to work then firstly need to analysis root because of it.
For instance, if identification is done in an effective manner that they will able to
overcome with such problems. Thus, this issues can be solved by choosing or
adopting appropriate solution towards it.
Potential solutions: In this stage of potential solution the managers need
to find out appropriate resolution to such problems. Additionally, managers of
Travelogue need to adopt appropriate and potential based solution which is
beneficial for both employees and organization in an effective manner. Moreover,
with such solution a manger can resolve conflict among employee as well as
reduce work load and bring efficiency within workplace.
Evaluation option: In an organization evaluation is the process that help
a business to choose best alternative solution towards arising problem and issues.
This option help managers of Travelogue to ensure that evaluation is necessary

Supporter: Supporters are one that have supportive leadership style. Even at the time of
crises or problem they deal with the situation with their patience and calmness. He has good
listening ability which helps him or the group to reduce the chances of conflict. They are high
believer of cooperation or teamwork rather than competition. Hence, their positive attitude helps
them to achieve the support of their followers. On other instance, the weakness of supporters is
that they are emotionally unstable.
Promoter: Promoter are one who emphasise more on innovation, idea and concept. They
may dislike the idea of other or can challenge them because of their confidence, learning habit
and curiosity to search the uncover idea. Their quick thinking ability and strong ego helps them
to exploit the new opportunities. Furthermore, promoters love to talk about their idea and
convert their idea into reality.
Analyser: Analysers are logical thinkers they basically analyse any problem in detail.
They move forward in a balanced way, keep hold on themselves and only feel satisfied after
analysing solution of a problem. They are perhaps logical thinkers as they come up with the
solution of complex technical problem.
