With the vast advancement in digital technology, there has been some negative impact of
technology on human life such as identity theft, inhibits physical activity and retarded social
development.
The main issue involves with the use of modern technologies is phishing. This is the
attempt of obtaining sensitive information, for example, usernames, credit card details,
passwords, normally for malicious reasons. Also, it is known as identity theft. Typically, the
messages come in the form of an email. It remains a fake email message but sent from legitimate
institutions such as university and banks. The negative impacts of identity theft normally involve
finances, but there may be other consequences such as the emotional toll. For instance, if a
person (a thief) commits a crime and then offers your name to police and the police arrest you; as
a result, it can put you to constant stress and disruption of personal life. Also, identity theft may
cause social toll. Recovering from this kind of theft might indeed affect personal relationships,
close families and friends.
Modern technology stagnates physical activity. The use of digital technology requires
children to be mostly still. This means that active outdoor or indoor playtime has presently been
replaced by sedentary activity. Physical activities are important for the development of the body.
Modern technology prevents kids from nurturing their brains. One factor frequently recognized
