Based on the above information about Procter and Gamble, it is quite evident that the
implementation of the KANE was indeed responsible for provision of effective logistic support
for the company that has ultimately enabled it to manufacture numerous product brands that have
been ultimately been attractive to the potential clients. This is attributed to the fact that the
KANE team was tasked with the responsibility of ensuring that the was effective in plant and
manufacturing support as well as ensuring that the warehousing, distribution, and even the yard
services were viable for the organizational use (Michalski, Montes-Botella & Narasimhan,
2018). This is quite apparent since the performance of the Procter & Gamble Company increased
significantly as soon as KANE took over the facility. However, it is also prudent to note that the
high performance of the company was known to have drastically reduced in the year 2011
against some of the major metrics such as safety and accuracy.
The implementation of the strategy at Procter & Gamble was achieved successfully as a
result of carrying out a site assessment that was quite comprehensive by both the local as well as
the corporate KANE resources. This was quite helpful since it helped in the determination of
viable processes and systems which were viable and which were based a renewable of emphasis
on both accountability and culture (de Kok, 2018).

Swink, 2017). That apart, it is also prudent to ensure that the energy and ideas of all the
associates was clearly enlisted in order to attain success. Team spirit is also quite important in
order to maintain the realized results as well as the accountability culture. In essence, it was also
important that all stakeholders honored the “KANE CODE” which emphasizes on keeping safety
first, sweating the details, honoring your word, avoiding surprises, and treating customers like a
