Introduction
 Procurement leadership is the method of contract
management and maintenance that helps to create powerful
customer relationships.
 This presentation's primary aim is to explain the finest
approach and path to the TopEd Institute.
 The aim of this lecture is to explain how to provide the
learners with guiding lessons with high-quality knowledge.

Procurement Strategy
 Procurement approach implies delivering all products and facilities in
a timely way that helps to properly manage all tasks of the institution.
 The acquisition approach considers multiple variables such as price,
moment, service performance, danger, leadership ability, altering
commands and duties.
 TopEd analyzes all the variables
to finish the pupils ' intelligent
university development venture.

Procurement Route
 TopEd Institute ensure that they have sufficient room allowance to
handle the building and ownership stuff and other logistics that are
needed in the method.
 They are developing teachers ' high-tech learning room.
 TopEd does not need to substitute the switches because the elevators in
the past year are already changing.
 If they want intelligent school to refurbish campus in attempt to
accomplish multiple activities like present-day welcoming and dynamic
picture, appeal, bring greatest advantage of fields.

For each venture there are two kinds of contract:
 Fixed cost (For Time) Time
 Material (For Quality) contract

also a need for labor that has the ability to correctly solve each technique.
 All of these risks occur when using paths and they also need to concentrate
on kinds of contracts that assist them cope with these problems.
 TopEd and contractor face such problems and danger while operating
smartly to develop campus.

Budget Breakdown
 They can readily retain and handle all of TopEd's significant
tasks with the assistance of adequate expenditure.
 Investment is made for infrastructure enhancement and
intelligent university development.
 Budget is laid for all operations that include the
implementation of fresh technology, making appealing lecture
spaces, more room for learning exercise and many more
modifications that are needed in the buildings.

Contract procedure,
methodology and negotiation
 Following TopEd Institute's recognition of the bid, companies have
the freedom to legally begin the venture to create intelligent school.
 To do this, they need to learn all the terms and conditions that
describe the contract or agreement laws and regulations.
 It contains multiple laws that TopEd should follow after receiving all
of the contract's legal paperwork.
 They also needed to fix the price for the growth of intelligent
university created by TopEd Institute.

Contract Terms and Conditions:
 Need to comply with all payment-related regulations (if the
customer does not comply with such regulations so that
refund cash is not relevant).
 Contract breach provision (in this case if customers
infringement the agreement so he / she does not receive the
project's complete price).

Conclusion
 It can be found that TopEd must meet all contract-related criteria.
 TopEd must identify multiple threat variables that have a
significant effect on the moment and learning operations of
students studying.
 Smart classroom involves fresh and sophisticated technology as
well as research content that enhances student teaching.
 This will help increase the growth and career development of
