There are certain principles that can be adopted to minimise the above mention issues with the
given case.
The most significant issue of market pressure can be handled by providing organisational
strength through the application of different training sessions. Strategic guidelines directed by
EU can be adopted by Italic spectacle industry to reduce the pressure exerted by EU. Strategic
development of future plans as per the demands of designers, manufacturers, suppliers and
stakeholders should be recognised to cope up with market pressure.
The issues related to internal for external collaboration between employees competitors
and chain of suppliers can be reduced by making your organisation strategic fit in terms of
market, management as well as operations (Martini, 2018). For market fit the company tend to
have desired relationship with the manufacturers, suppliers and other distributors. While a
balanced management and operational fit would drive all business process in a strategic way.
Similarly, the issue of resistance to change by the employees of industry can be minimised or
controlled by application of suitable management fit programs, counselling and open
communication.
Furthermore, by the application of model such as CPM, can be used to strengthen
relationship and bounding of network working together (Wang & Hsieh, 2018). With the help of
proper network planning model such as time cost framework, Italian spectacle industry main
generate desired revenue by competing with suitable cost in the market. By the application of
sensitivity analysis, the financial stability of the industry would be improved.
The major issue identified in the case is generally related to the communication gaps

manufacture new designs of spectacles with a cost effective approach and resources (Bakshi,
2019). The principles of value analysis would be able to generate detailed outlet for industry to
develop desired business plans and products as per the market demand.
Application of business model such as project crashing would be helpful for the industry
in terms of cost as well as time effectiveness. By the help of this model, tea manufacturers and
designers can be specifically concentrating towards the most elementary e part of product
development in a short span of time.
