Agile management is becoming popular in corporate sectors and companies like Amazon,
handling a vast segment of services at international level must undergo for such trending
management process.
Product management process of Amazon can become more efficient with the help of
agile management. The process related to product manufacturing, designing, assembling raw
materials and other related steps can be easily handled with the help of agile tools and
management activities. Since it is accompanied with various software, the business activities
such as feasibility forecasting, level of demand and supply, access ability to distribution channels
can be efficiently managed (Oliva et.al., 2018). Furthermore, Amazon may utilize agile project
management tools to improvise all internal process of product management such as
communication system, tracking tools and software etc.
All the strategic actions related to new product development and functionality can be
determined with the help of this strategic management activity. Amazon may emphasis on
certain iterations made by agile tools to improvise the product quality features (Wysocki, 2011).
Being an e-commerce platform, Amazon may create suitable technological advancement in its
product management process through agile tool and management.
Business and marketing operations such as market fragmentation, data management,
payment and investment options at as helping hands for Amazon to develop better product as
