AI Summary
This report examines the product life cycle and its relationship with technology implementation, crucial for business development. It details the importance of upgrading or replacing existing technologies to meet evolving demands. The report outlines the process, starting with budget determination and planning, followed by discussions with employees to introduce new technologies. It then describes the stages of implementation, including design, development, and testing, culminating in the product's release for industrial use. The report references key academic sources like Håkansson (2015), Marion et al. (2015), and Sommer et al. (2015) to support its findings.

1Product Life Cycle
Implementation of alternative technology:
Considering the current business status the studies has proven that the up gradation or
replacement of advanced technology in order to provide an enhancement in the existing
technology is highly essential (Hakansson 2015). With the increasing trend in the
implementation of the advanced technology for the existing technology must follow passes
through several stages in order to deploy the desired product. Those stages are described
below:
Determine the exact budget for the new plan.
In the deployment of the modification in the existing technology, the developers must
design the new plan which needs to be incorporated in the existing technology.
The planning must be according to the approached system as the new system will
have an entirely new requirement and will produce the service different from the
existing technology (Marion et al., 2015).
In order to replace an existing application with a new one, it is highly important to
have a detail discussion with the employs by making them aware of the new
technology and educate them about its functionalities.
The implementation process must be initiated based on the discussed functionalities.
The implementation of the new application in the existing technology initiate from the
design phase as the developer will design the new application according to the desired
industrial demand. Along with this, it will then proceed to the development phase where the
desired product will be developed then it will be sent to the testing phase from where it will
get the validation of its work and then it will be released for the industrial use (Sommer et al.,
2015).
