chose which does help in making decision and strategies in company. ASDA is among the
leading supermarket chain in retail sector because they have a great technique to sell their
product and services,. Therefore the project report is going to focus on approaches of production
at workplace which help in enhancing the performance. Moreover, it will be done to know the
advanced approaches of production for betterment of performance and getting success with it.
Apart from all such it will also discuss about the various sources of information gathering to
know about the relationship in between production and performance.

Research project is such which is generally related to profit and having outcome although
such thing has to be followed by researcher. Moreover, this is that which though play an
important part in recommending a right path to provide solution to various issues. Although there

ASDA is among the biggest retail chain store of supermarket and having cut throat
competition with (TESCO, MORRISON and SAINSBURRY). The main objective of firm was
to provide quality product to customers at the right prices, while production of goods and
services some factors are considered as current trends, choices and with market demand too
(Akter and et. al., 2016). The company is having great goodwill and also adapt changes
according to requirement and having proper production technique, with this they are able to gain
more and more revenues with satisfying the needs of clients in great way too.
