PROJECT 1 - OrangeHRM
 Objective: This document contains the detail plan for the testing process of Orange HRM
application. It describes the testing strategy and approach that will be used to validate the
quality of this product prior to release.

PROJECT 2 - Overall equipment efficiency
 Description: In generation of agile manufacturing the machines and its functions are also
becoming complex.OEE of machine plays an important role in present scenario where
delivery and quality are of prime importance to customer. The reports of a case study for
improving OEE with the help of TPM (total preventive maintenance) using a systematic
approach.

 The present aimed at minimizing the breakdowns, increasing performance and quality
rate of machine thus improving the effectiveness. The OEE was found 53% in machine.
The project has addressed three aspects: performance, availability and quality which
qualify the OEE of machine. The TPM techniques such as preventive maintenance,
cleaning with meaning, Kaizen were effectively applied on machine. The result obtained
from this technique showed that OEE has increased upto the 64% which indicated
desirable level in manufacturing industries.
