Introduction
The report presented here is based on a total personal experience of performing a research
work. The work has been mostly presented in a proper and way and a selective structure and has
mentioned the different perspectives as well as the other sub perspectives of the chosen topic. A
number of new experiences and different degree of expected outcomes has been gained from the
total completion of the research. The completion of the particular report and the experience
gained from it has been helpful for the conduction and preparation of more complex and critical
researches in the coming days. The major learning outcomes at the end of the research includes
the experience of conducting a proper survey or an interview, the proper selection of the different
secondary sources after the identification of the major problems of the research as well as the
selection of the research questions and the selection of the research methods that helped to make
the research attain the ultimate goals. Thus it can be said that the development of a research
study is the base for the creation of a successful professional build up.
Personal Contribution to the Research Aspects and perspectives
As mentioned in the introductory section of the assignment, the conduction and
completion of a research based assignment is one of the most important tasks that can be helpful
for a all round professional development. The time that has been provided by me over the
research has immensely helped me to attain the best results. The skills, the developmental
process, the proper investment of resources all are a major part of the formation of the report in a
proper schedule. The topic of the research proposal was conceived by me at the very beginning
of the research when a lot of topics came to my mind. However, I along with the other members
in the group was quite interested in selecting some topic that could have an environmental
variable in it. The modern day business world and the development of the industrial sector hardly

provide industrialists with the time to think about environment and work something for saving it.
Therefore we wanted to make the research on such a topic that could have sent out a good
message for saving the environment in the backdrop of heavy industrialization. The topic we
chose was “Balance in between Production and Environmental Management”. All the members
of the group were quick to provide their positive response once I put forward the topic.
The idea of such a topic was in my mind for quite such a time and I wanted to highlight
this particular area which had hardly been identified in earlier researches. The major strength or
positiveness in my research proposal is the strength of the topic. The topic has been one of the
very best of the modern days and the development of the topic has helped me to address the
major issues in the area of environmental improvement in the modern day industrialization
growth. The introduction and the major ideas of the research including the objectives and the
questions were developed by me and presented in the research in a structured process.
Personal Contribution to the literary review
As we all know that Literature review forms the spine of any research, I have tried to
make the literary review flawless with the proper critical analysis of the different secondary facts
collected by me from different sources based on the topic of the research. I have tried to
highlight the major aspects and sub aspects related to the variable of production process and the
environmental measures that are being taken up by the management of the organizations as well
as the Governments of the country. At the very beginning of the review chapter I presented the
importance of the literature review and the importance of the research and then proceeded to the
actual topic of the review. My review was basically based upon the industrialization of the Asian
Giants China. The review was mainly based upon the different objectives and the research
questions selected by me in the introductory part of the study. The most important thing that

helped me in the research was that I was able to gain important knowledge of every different
aspect regarding the subject. This included the steps that are being taken by the management of
the organizations and the government, the relationship in between climate change and
economical change and the effects of the climate changes in China. All the different information
were collected by me as well as the members of the research. The major sources I received the
information regarding the research included the likes of journals, books, e-books, online blogs,
company websites and many more as such. The way the information was collected was also a
major source of information for me as I knew this process of information collection was surely
one of the major professional skills that would help me in the whole lifetime.
It was quite a problem to assemble all the information and then summarise them properly
and finally present them in a structured manner. All of the members took a large time of our
research in assembling and completing the information to a total presentable format. Thus it can
be said the early research works, proper study of the subject, thorough analysis were all equally
important for the total creation of the research study. But though every single research work was
completed with accuracy, the absence of the proper time and resources proved to be a major
hamper for us.
Personal Contribution to the Research methodology Report
The selection of the research methods and the choice of the proper methods and its
application was a big problem for our team. The secondary information regarding all the
researches based on industrialization and its effect in Chinese environment were collected from
sources that lay in the pages of the books and was not considered to be as genuine given the
absence of authenticity in most of the areas. However, the decision to conduct a primary analysis
based on the subject was quite an important decision. I took a close end survey through a

questionnaire where the participants provided viewpoints related to the environmental
management and production enhancement. Using such a method the writer adopted effective
information and solved the developed research questions. I have also taken quite an extra time to
analyse the primary data in the most effective way. The selection of the different research
approach, research strategy has helped me as it can help me to use the techniques in the proper
manner.
Reflections on research experience
Overall it can be said that the research experience was something that has helped me to
develop confidence and skill that can be used for my future professional development. The
development of a proper research using the right way and the right processes is utmost important
for the conduction and professional completion of the research. Thus it can be said that I was
able to do so in an efficient manner.
Statement of the Research
The introductory section, parts of the literary review, the research questions and some of
the methodology section were done by me. However, it can be concluded that a joint team effort
was the major factor behind the success of the research.
