INTRODUCTION
Office productivity software helps in day to day activities of business in recording and
writing crucial information in a systematic manner. From this, arrangement of internal and
external information is done. In this regard, present report is prepared that discusses the benefits
of office productivity software for Healey Ltd.
BENEFITS OF OFFICE PRODUCTIVITY SOFTWARE
Office 2013 has been selected as Office Productivity Software which is the latest version
MS Office available in the market. It comes with variety of features that certainly makes the
work of individual easy and quick as compared to earlier packs of Office. In this context,
benefits of 3 features of office productivity software are been taken into account namely word
processing, spreadsheet and presentation. This software can be used by Healey Ltd. to record
information related to business, employees, accounts, finance, customer and numerous others.
Feature of Word Processing
In this context, word processing is a software in which detail information can be record in
relatively small size. It can store report and other key documents of company in systematic
manner which can be shared over internet.

It is evident that there are varieties of features in Word 2013 that can aid cited company
in conducting its day to day work in effectual manner. In this regard, table is one of the features
that help the company in storing data in a systematic manner. Table can be defined as a
arrangement of rows and columns in which detail information can be presented in an effectual
manner.

Table can be add from “Insert” menu as shown in above figure. Here, user possesses the option
to insert table either by already showing rows and columns or by clicking insert table. After
inserting the table, same can be modified so that required display of table can be attained by
users. This will help Healey Ltd. in storing information regarding sales, employee bio data,
customer data, supplier’s information, key address and other related. Table in word also offers
option of modify column width and row height through which information are presented as per
the choice of users.

users. In this, “Cell Size” aids in changing the row height and column width. Further, alignment

can be set for table in order to display the information in presentable manner. Other features with
regards to Table are displaying above in the image such as insert row or column in between,
distribute rows or columns, eraser, delete and related. Apart from it, one more feature in this
context is design of the table which makes it more presentable. In this regard, user can either
change background and shading of the table or can insert already available template from design
bar. Same are displayed below:

huge options in terms of formatting, presentation and related. In this regard, charts and graphs
