Reflection
While conducting the research module, I have gone through different range of difficulties
which not only impacted negatively on my performance level. It also brought confusion in my
own mind set as well like how a research module is required to be conducted and what are
aspects that are necessary for a researcher to look into at the time of performing an investigation
on a particular topic (BAYRAK, 2020).
Description- The experience that I have gained, while performing the research module
has been really very challenging for me, because I was unaware of the particular topic
that was considered by me. It was not at all easy for me to find appropriate secondary
resources in order to collect the numbers that I have presented in the literature review
section of the research. However, I can say that my research skills got improved because
I have researched a lot on all the aspects of the research like the topic, literature review
section, research methodology and lastly to conclude the over on investigation. This is
where I can considerably say that, I might easily performed the next research module in
near future if the same opportunity is given by my lecturer.
Feelings - At the time of formulating the objectives of the research I was not aware of
both dependent and independent variables which are required to be considered from the
aim. This is where I took help from my lecturers in order to select the best suitable
independent and dependent variables from the particular aim which was developed.
Including this, the knowledge that I have specifically gained while conducting the
module will effectively help in near future when I will join an organisation or start my
own business within automotive industry.
Evaluations - Gathered knowledge about foreign investment and how International
organisations to effectively conduct operations and how they take decisions in order to
support economic conditions of a country like United Kingdom is something that will
help me in near future, because I might also take right decisions which will be supporting
both me and my organisation in which I am working through giving it a number of
competitive advantages and also improve the support of the company towards economy
of United Kingdom. Including this, problem solving skill of my own has also improved
because I was specifically focusing on the particular problem statement that was
formulated in the research paper, which was later in the conclusion section, I effectively

gave some suggestions. These suggestions given by me could help automotive industry of
United Kingdom to reduce the issues related with demand of raising salary of staff
members (Kazeni and McNaught, 2020).
Analysis: With the help of recommendations I made, it can easily be said that my
problem solving skills directly improved which would not only help me in taking right
decisions in near future. It will also help me in gaining ample number of opportunities to
aid the organisation to gain different range of competitive advantages to improve
profitability and to support economic conditions of United Kingdom as well.
It also became hard for me to select the best suitable approaches within research
methodology section of the oral investigation which I have performed on “A study of
productivity and financial efficiency of automobile industry United Kingdom.”. I was not
that much sure that which particular philosophy approach and data collection tool is
required to adopt in order to pull out favourable outcomes in a short period of time. This
is where, I took help from my colleagues that has also effectively built my team working
skill and also enhanced communication skill as well.
Conclusion - As I will be working in an organisation or open my own business in near
future enhanced communication skills and team working skills will effectively lead me
towards positive outcomes when I will be getting confused among different range of
aspect (Ceo-DiFrancesco, Dunn and Solorio, 2020).
Therefore, in future context this overall in investigation that was performed on
productivity and financial efficiency of automobile industry of United Kingdom would
help me in taking right decisions in correct time. My point of view has also changed
towards business industry on which I have performed the research, because previously I
thought of that automobile industry of United Kingdom only e makes profit and do not
supports economic conditions of the nation. However, when I analysed the facts and
figures that I have presented within the research for business industry, my mind-set
towards this particular industry has changed because I effectively so that automobile
industry is considered to be one of the major sector which generate revenue and supports
economy of United Kingdom. This could be understood with a good example of the
information that was presented by me within the research paper where, manufacturers of
United Kingdom that belongs to automotive sector has already manufactured

approximately 1.5 million vehicles and approximately 3 million turbines that was resulted
in 9 to 11 percent of the share which is responsible for United Kingdom’s export industry
(Glick, Cohen and Gabbay, 2020).
Action Plan: I have also taken some suggestions from my team members which resulted
into two positive outcomes towards my research investigation that was performed by me
on the particular topic i.e. a study of productivity and financial efficiency of automobile
industry United Kingdom.” I can also say that, if I get the opportunity of conducting and
investigation on same sort of topic or even on any other topic I may effectively pull out
favourable information considering appropriate research methodology and become able
to conclude a detailed analysis (Nagle and Foli, 2020). Away with this, the improved
skills like interpersonal skills, research skills, communication skills, problem solving and
time management skills will effectively help me in reaching to the great opportunities
while working in an organisation or studying for the on a particular topic.
