The term growth and individual development is
consider as magnification of skill. Such skills person
use by the person in his daily routine activities. And
the term professional development means improving
and uplifting of skills which are used in development
of an organisation. In the present presentation is
explaining development of professional and academic
skills of an individual which assist in attaining the
prescribed target.

Challenges of studying business management and
thriving in professional practice
Business management is a one of part of an education which
enlighten the person about planning, executing, supervising
and last examine their business. At the time of studying
business management an individual faced many types of
difficulty such as:

A student can become an efficient learner only by
developing in them effectual academic skills which
creates confidence in them for carrying out their projects
in an effective way. As in students life this skill plays an

Strength
 There are certain better enhanced communication skills I have which helps me in communicating with any one in an
efficacious mode.
 My relational and demonstration skill is good and spick and span.
 I can implement several multiple activities at one time.
 I have effective planning skill by which I can complete the task in prescribe limit (Kotler, et.al 2019)
Weakness
 I don't have appropriate decision-making skills. Due to which I unable to take appropriate decision as per the
situations.
 My skills as concern to marketing also not good.
 I don't have efficient thinking skills which affect the productivity of my work.
 I am reserve in nature, so its difficult to introduce oneself or communicate with others.
Opportunities
 I have better chance of interaction with other people which enhancing the platform of my knowledge.
 I can develop in myself the skill related to digital marketing right now which are in trend.
 I have chance to increase an efficacious IT Skills.
 As globalization formulate new area of profession which aid me in searching and getting job without any efforts.
Threats
 Modification as well as development of technology is a threat for me because I am not good at adapting things easily.
 The huge amount of competition in the marketplace act as a threat form me.
 Because of the workload stress has been increased.

Action Plan
As per analysis of above mention swot I came to recognised that I don't have better decision-making skill
that consider as essential for a professional career and an organisation because all thing of an organisation
depends on the important decisions of the higher level of management. Effectual decisions can ameliorate
the operations of an organisation and its chances. For improving decision-making ability of mine.

Conclusion
From this report its concludes that it very essential for a student to develop a professional and academic
skills among themselves for attaining the success in future. Building such skills will assist them in
accomplish the flourishing place in the future. Present presentation mention the different form of the
obstacle such as setting up as per new environment, to Interact and connect with new groups which are
faced by the new comers while perusing business management.
