skills which an individual uses on everyday basis
whereas the professional skills means that the
enhancement as well as the development of the
skills and abilities which aids in the growth of the
company. This respective report will assist in
how the personal and the professional skills
helps an individual to enhance his knowledge
and skills and to accomplish the targets which
tools and techniques can be used.

Challenges of studying business management and
thriving in professional practice (with appropriate

Business management is a kind of educational
learning which render the knowledge to an
individual about the analysing of the business,
planning, organising, executing, directing the
overall operations of the business. Some
challenges that are faced by an individual while
studying the business management are discussed

The importance of effective academic skills development
The enhancement of the academic skills, makes an
individual a good learner as well as it also boosts up the
self confidence to accomplish the given project in
effective as well efficient way. This is one the most
crucial skills to develop. Some important points to
develop the academic skills are:-
• better researcher – when the tasks are assigned to
the students. It requires a lot of researching to
complete the assigned tasks which makes them an
effective researcher .

The importance of effective professional skills development
Professional skills refers to the set of the abilities which
makes an individual more capable in doing the different
professional practices in effective way. These skills basically
aids in accomplishing the success in future and benefit them
by giving opportunities . some importance of developing the
professional skills are discussed below: -
• giving the competitive edge - when an individual
develop professional skills in oneself then it allows them to
accomplish all the professional practices in very effective
way in comparison with others (Peng, and Kievit, 2020).
