attributes in order to realise one's full potential.
• It also includes activities that build an individual's talents
and potential, form human capital, promote career
opportunities and improve living quality, as well as the
realisation of hopes and aspirations.

Explain the significance of effective professional skills development
Professional skill development is defined as all the process of training and education which allows the learners to
be better in their profession. It is well known now a days that the leaners are required to be more smart in order to
compete with others students.
The learners can master various skills by career development to become stronger, better efficient in both personal
and professional lives. It allows to open up new ways and opportunities and allows the learners to be more
confident by updating and modifying themselves.
Due to which the learners will be able to attract success in the long term.
