STRENGTHS
• I am post graduate having skills of
writing and verbal communication,
technical skills. I can do teamwork
and make cooperation with them.
WEAKNESSES
• I am not good at time management because the
work or project that is given to me, is not done
as per given timing. I always get late in
completing such work.
• Sometime I procrastinate my work if its seems
to be very easy.
OPPORTUNITY
I have done MBA and have technical skills which can
increase number of job opportunities related to the
field.
THREATS
Erstwhile, I lose my focus on important work or an
activity which create misconception to me.
One skill that is particularly important, but I am weak at:
I am not active listener or have clarity problems and have low confidence level.

I need to speed up myself so that I would be able to do my
work in time and need to set target to analyse my speed of
doing work. This will help me in improving my
performance and increase my speed also. I need to replace
procrastination with prioritisation so that work can be done
in time. I need to improve my listening skills by
understanding the fact clearly. In this way my weaknesses
can be my skills and develop confidence in me.

Summary

important for us as it help in building our confidence,
making our career. It assists us for group collaboration
with our team members and increase our capacity to self
