Preparing for a professional career is one of the key tasks for an individual in order to
deliver best performance. In the stiff competition era it is essential for a person to focus on
preparation of professional career to achieve key job based goals and objectives (Barr, 2019).
This is main role of a person to focus on key aspects of professional career and its development
in order to achieve and accomplish life and career based goals. This project will include example
of Morgan Sindall Group which is one of the major and leading construction and regeneration
company that is headquartered in London, United Kingdom. The Mordgan Sindall Group
company was founded in the year 1977 and it has over 6700 employees in current time. This
report will cover ethical and moral responsibilities of a business along with significance of
corporate government. This report will cover key aspects of professional standards which are
essential for development of a business entity.

The Morgan Sindall Group is a leading Britain based regeneration and construction
company. Company is having expert and trained employees who are capable of performing
operations in the field of regulated, public and private sectors. It operates through six divisions of
construction and infrastructure, fit out, property services, partnership housing, urban regeneration
and investments The company is also listed on the London Stock Exchange and is a integral part
of FTSE 250 index. This company took over William Sindall and emerged as a giant company in
the field of construction.
Stakeholders are important resource for a company who helps in increasing chances of
company growth and expansion. It is the responsibility of shareholder to align with company
rules and policies that include primary focus on business development. The key role of
stakeholders is to ensure development of honesty based practices which are important for
effective growth (Castellano, Richardson, and Stone, 2017). The stakeholders and their
responsibilities are very much essential to be analysed by a company in order to achieve set
targets related to them. The main stakeholders of Morgan Sindall company are customers,
employees and shareholders which are to served in a precise manner. The company must also
include its focus on development of key strategies and planning for performing operations
