The Australian Blueprint for Career Development is a framework that can apply to the target group. The guidelines for Career
Development Services in Australia are another framework that will apply to this target group. This is largely because of the
fact that both frameworks outline the skills, talents and abilities needed for performing certain jobs and also set out the
guidelines for educational counseling to be provided in a non-discriminatory manner, which is something that the target
audience needs to be aware of for their own wellbeing.
