in life and the helps in development of the career. Career development is also defined as the
procedure of building up one's vocation in inter as well as intra organization. It includes
preparing on new abilities, moving to higher occupation duties, making a lifelong change in
the position of the career with respect to the same company, moving to an alternate
association or going into business (Vondracek, Lerner & Schulenberg, 2019).

goals that are prepared by the individual. The process begins with the self-realization and the
overall evaluation of both the areas, such as areas of interest and area of the attributes and
