In accordance to pursue the graduation degree in the university several kind of professional as
well as personal capabilities are required to be develop by the individual which can provide
assistance to them in order to overcome various difficulties that can encounter in their personal
life. In accordance to overcome these problems and difficulties an individual need to develop
several set of skills such as management skills, communication skills, problem solving skills,
conflict management skills and various other set of skills and capabilities (Cervantes, and Inlow,
2022). For the goal of attaining few of these set of skills are individual requires to create a plan
which is beneficial for personal development that involves specific action plan which is required
to be considered by the individual in order to develop specific set of skills. In addition to this the
respective report will cover about several kind of the graduation challenges and it will also
include and cover regarding the action plan that needs to possess by an individual in order to
develop crucial capabilities and skills.

Apprentice Challenge:
Apprentice is known to be a person that is performing and functioning for other people in
accordance to learn as well as gain several different set of skills. Apprentice challenges known to
be the problems that are concentrating on enhancement of the skills of communication and it also
motivate other people of the group in order to identify new opinion and ideas. In addition to this
few of the set of skills that are required by a person as well as by me in accordance to encounter
these problems and difficulties are described below in brief:
Communication skills: This is known to be one of the very crucial set of skills that permits an
individual in order to accomplish a strong establishment in their own personal life. In addition to
this for the goal of adapting these set of skills in me I have to put more and more efforts.
Moreover to this it is the capability that offers me the support in order to represent as well as
share my ideas and views to other people in the effective as well as efficient way
(Ganjalikhanizadeh, and Fatehi Rad, 2022).
Time management skill: It is one of the other skill that is crucial for the individual in order to
finish the specific project and task on the given period of time or before deadline. In addition to
this it has the major role for the people as well As for me in order to overcome The Apprentice

challenge as in accordance to adapt new learnings as well as things and support me in adapting
several different capabilities and skills. In order to do this I am required to be punctual and
complete my task on time and also requires to complete the assignment and work that are more
urgent and need to prioritise my work in accordance to their deadline. Moreover to this
visualization of this capability I can be more capable in my studies in order to maintain and
complete my work on given time period that permits me to accomplish suitable and good grades
and I can also save my time for my further studies as well.
Team work: This is known to be set of skills which is crucial for the individual in accordance to
function in a team that permits tend to accomplish the several objectives as well as goals in the
effective and efficient way. In addition to this as working in a team there are several kind of the
individual that are functioning for the goal of achieving the mutual goals and objective and these
people are possessing several knowledge understanding as well as skills and competencies
(Hong, 2022).
Presentation Challenge:
Presentation is known to be something where a person is conveying its data and information to
the people which can be speech, Lecture which inform as well as motivate other people with the
goal and objective. In accordance to overcome few of these difficulties as well as challenges I
am required to make several kind of set of skills that are described below in brief:
Communication Skill: Communication skill is known to be the crucial skill that requires to
given in effectual presentation. At the time when studying in the educational organization I was
