INTRODUCTION
Communication refers to the exchange of information and transferring the information
from one person to another person. It is an useful term in today’s environment without t
no person will earn the value and goodwill in the market place. As per the requirements
of the current environment every jobs and universities require a candidate who have an
effective communication skills. So it will helps in enhancing the effectiveness of work in

a very positive way. It is the important ingredient for the successful life of a person. It
includes two ways of transferring the information i.e. verbal and non verbal in this way a
message can be delivered in a fluent and understanding way that the receiver can gain
the knowledge very effectively without any hindrances. This report analyzes the
effective communication skills which is applicable to the academic and professional
contexts. Further it explains the individual performance, behavior and experience in
education or employment that is beneficial for an individual to create and gain the value
in the competitive world(Otenyo, 2017).
Description
During this module I was learn a different communication skills and activities that
was organize in the event place of the university. In this there are many people who
involved in this event and it is happened in the university campus and presented by the
experienced person who have a great knowledge of the situation and this person easily
convey their information to the other person. By seeing this every person are
impressed. And in this I and my friends do a lot of things like attending the seminar, give
their presentations, attending group discussion and speech so it will help in easily
conveying the information to other person and build confidence in the mine. I was there
to improve my communication skills so it will help in effectively convey the message to
other person and they will understand clearly. Therefore, many members in the seminar
had enjoying this and effectively listen the person so it will helps in give their
presentation and speech. For this effective communication there is a need of number of
people so the task can be achieved(Babeiya and Masabo, 2017).
Feelings
This step is helpful in knowing the personal feeing and thoughts that was
experienced during the event was commenced. In this before we all come together to
go for a group discussion I realized that there is a lot of work to do an learns a many
things which is quite helpful and exciting and happy as I thought. In this all person need
to listen very carefully which is an exciting task for all of them who need to gain the
effective knowledge of skills. When it is time for me to give the speech and I will little bit
feel frustrated and feeling depressed. But when the time is come to give the
presentations then I will little bit frustrated to actually do the task (Smith and Roberts,
2015).
Evaluation
The things that was good and worked well in this situation is the fact which is
realed to the events is that the team work is very good and the written and oral
communication is also good in this but the worst part of this events for me is that the

team management that is not done properly by me. Because there are many people
who could not listen properly and effectively. In this, the team work motivates me more
and helps in enhancing the knowledge related to the different field. This module is a
great experience for my life. In this the worst is that I will not properly managed the time
in which I will take lots of time and cost which is not the good part but from this I will
understand how to communicate properly and convey our message in future Potter,
2015(Markkanen and et. al., 2020).
Analysis
From the above mentioned coursework it is to be analyzed that it is very
important for an academic or a professional person to enhance the different types of
skills and it also helps in taking the suggestions relating to this that will help in
enhancing the skills. For this we conducts a group discussion, conduct a presentation,
team work, seminars, speech all this activities helps in enhancing the knowledge related
to the effective communication(Waltz, 2019).
Conclusion
During this module I was learns a lot of things but it also present lots of problems
for this we need to connected to our superiors, friends, mentors and our teachers so
that they guide them and give the better suggestions that helps in enhancing our
management skills and oral communication skills. This also suggest how to work in a
limited cost and in a limited time so that work can be timely achieved and effectively
done. Lastly I have to learned that sometimes we need to accept the challenges very
positively and give our best without fear of result. It is not important that every person is
effevtive in their skills all person need to improve themselves(Khatijah, 2015).
Action plan
If a person face similar situation of the lack of communication skill, team
management, gropu discussions, and seminars in near future that we will attends
workshops, seminars, debate competitions,. For the second time it is somehow easy
and effective to work in a team and in a very cost effective manner. And at this time if I
will face any problems in this , involves the faculty guide or the mentor who help in
completing the task and make our communication strong. At this time I will earn a best
results from this and not feel uncomfortable.
