There are several activities that have taken place in previous 10 days, from that I have
analysed my strength and weaknesses. With that I have also implemented different strategies
which help me to reduce my weaknesses and enhance my strength in the future. The report
includes different activities which help me to enhance my communication skills, these activities
have taken place in ten days.

In situation 1st where the
problem had arrived when I
was understanding the problem
of patient. A patient had come
for his check-up, he was
communicating his problem to
me, but due to his language
and tone of speaking, I was not
able to understand him clearly.
Now I need to ask him to
explain his problem again to
me, in soft tome and in polite
manner. In this situation I did
not feel any problem while
communicating as I have good
listening skills
I felt that the
patient was able to
communicate
properly and this
is the key reason I
need to ask again
what problem he
is facing.
In this situation I
was fully
motivated and
does not face any
communication
issues from my
side. My goal was

achieved I.e

information from the patient

and if the information is not
communicated in properly

feedback. There were lot of
hesitation and fear in me, I

started working to enhance

10
In the situation 5th which is
about asking a favour from
someone, it is very difficult
activity for me. When any
individual ask any favour
from other person, several
thoughts have come in his or
her mind that whether the
person help me or not, what
will be his reaction when
help is asked by him. When
I was need help I was
feeling hesitation but
somehow I asked for the
help.
I was feeling lot of
fear and hesitation
while taking help
from the other
person.
I was not fully
successful while
asking help from
someone, but
somehow I
achieve the goal.
I need to remove
my fear and
hesitation and
communicate in
confident way so
that I can seek help
from someone
when ever I want it.

In past 10 days, I analysed that, in starting I was facing lots of problems while communicating
with different people, I was not good enough to introduce myself in-front of stranger and started
getting negative feedbacks. The strength I found I me was, I was good at communicating in
group, giving information and understanding the patient properly. My weaknesses were, I was not
able to introduce myself in-front of new people, I feel hesitation while seeking help from
someone. I order reducing my weaknesses and maintain my strength, I have to implemented some
strategies, that are giving presentation, enhance my listening skills, create proper understanding
