INTRODUCTION
Creativity concern with the process of applying and creating new knowledge. This report
will provide job education and job experience of the both current and previous job. This report
will demonstrate experience of the effective communication through Discoll's Model of
reflection. In other part this report will provide communicating in the professional and
academic.
PART A
Demonstration of the experience of effective communication and the process which enable to
improve performance
Driscoll's Model of reflation
What
Communication is one of the important part to develop new skills and it helps me also to
gain experience in my previous job. If any individual want to become a successful I their life
then it is important for them to have good communication skills and how to handle clients. When
I was working in the as a delivery man then I take good experience from the seniors who were
working from log time in delivery work. Daily I was getting different people, some of them was
good nature, and they were talking good with me, when I take time in the delivery most of the
people get angry, and they talk so rude (Austin and Pinkleton., 2015). When I talk with my
seniors about it then they give knowledge about how to handle customers, and they tell me that
you should have a effective communication and skills to handle customers. This advice from my
seniors help me a lot in my life and this help me to make my communication effective. It helps
to improve my performance in the job. Mangers of the company was good communicator and
this motivates me to work harder and become a successful in my life. I was having better
relationship with the superiors of the company as compare to the other employees. Because I
used to share my problems with them and this helps to create better relationship.
So what
The experience I have gain from my delivery job help me to understand the importance
of the communication and I have learned that if you become to be successful in your life then it
is important for you to have effective communication skills. If we have good communication
skills, and we know how to talk with the customers then we can be a successful businessman and
if we are working in the company then we can give their best to achieve objectives and goals of

the company (Gluyas., 2015.). It is also important for the business to provide communication
practices to their employees, so they can understand each other and work together as a team. I
learn that communication helps to satisfy the needs of the others and effective communication
also help employees to get motivated, and they give their best to achieve organizational
objective and company can take growth advantages from the effective communication in their
workplace. This helps me to make good relationship with the others, and they started taking
interest in me. This also helps to build trust and if we have a effective communication skills then
we can achieve trust of the other person and if you are giving any necessary information to other
than they will understand my information and I will get emaciate reply and response from the
other person.
Now what
After taking good experience from the delivery job I have decided that I will become a
transport manager. In the transportation job, I have to deal with the clients from the different
areas and it is important for the transport ,manger to have good communication skill top
communicate with the client (Greenaway And et.al., 2015). My learn from the previous job will
help me to be succeeded in this job because I have learned how to deal with the clients and how
effective communication can affect their behavior. I believe that after my job experience have
that much knowledge and communication which can be helpful to make new clients for the
company and I can do this job effectively and help business to achieve growth opportunists in the
market.

Reflation of how communicating and working in professional way can influence individual,
behavior and experience
Professional communication have influence on my performance this motivates me to
work harder, and I was giving my best in the every task and I started giving delivery on their and
I also tarted getting good feedback from the customers and after some time company give me
promotion and increase my salary according to my performance for the company (Thompson.,
2018). This also effect my experience and I have learned that how to connect with the people and
how communication build trust among the people. This experience also will help me for my
future goal and I can become a transport manager in the company. Experience which I have gain
from my previous job can share with the other who want to become successful in their life and

this can be helpful to achieve their goals and objectives. I also get education from my seniors,
and they teach me that why effective communication is necessary and how we can build good
relationship with the customers and gain customers locality. It will help me when I will go for
the transport maser interview, my effective communication skills will give positive impact on the
interviewer (Woodson and Bronsky., 2018.). I can share my experience and show my experience
to the Interviewer. Effective communication can build interest in the interviewer and I can get
the mangers job in the company. After getting the job I can use my communication skills to
solve problem of the employees who will work under me and I can also give motivation to
achieve objective and goals of the business. Effective and professional skills also help me in
personal life and I have learned to handle difficult situations.
CONCLUSION
As per report has analyzed the effective communication experience from the previous job
and how this can help to achieve future goals. This has been covered in the part A and in the Part
B report has been provided Reflation of how communicating and working in professional way
can influence individual, behavior and experience.
