Effective communication is very important it supports in developing the positive
relationship with children, youngsters and adults.
Proper communication with children is essential for building trust and confidence of kids.
By this way they will respect their elders and will discuss their problems easily with their older.
It will support to build strong relationship with their families and they will behave good with
them (Bell, 2016).
Young people have good knowledge of techniques, they have good communication skills
but it is very important to understand the situation and behave properly in such critical condition.
It can be possible by effective communication with their elders, they can share their experience
with them. It will support them in resolving conflicts and build harmony. It will be beneficial in
developing strong relationship with young generation.
Effective communication is very important in understanding the views of others, by this
way person will be able to build personal professional relationship with opponent. It will reduce
unnecessary competition and build team working sprites among them (Hofstetter and Rosenthal,
2014).

Key principals of relationship building with children, younger and adults are as below:
Effective communication
It is the great method which support in building strong relationship with them. By proper
and timely coordinating with them confusion and misunderstanding can be minimized to great
extent. It will develop bonding among them and they will understand each other very well.
Showing respect
It is another principle through which an individual can build relationship with children,
youngsters and adults. No meter person is younger than you or elders, by showing respect to all,
they can make their relation strong (Leach and McFarland, 2014).

Improper listening increases misunderstanding so by paying attention on the talk and works of
individual, it can build strong relationship and respect with children, adult and younger.

has differed languages, gestures etc. For instance in Africa it is disrespect if someone looks
directly into other eyes, whereas in Wales if person do not make eye contact that means
individual is dishonest. So due to different cultural meaning confusion can take place which may
harm the relationship to great extent (Hofstetter and Rosenthal, 2014).
Whenever person works as professional, individual has to communicate well with others.
Use of inappropriate language, gestures can create misunderstanding in the workplace. It can
affect the relationship with subordinates and others (Leach and McFarland, 2014).
Different social groups have several beliefs and attitude. As some times talking at the
time of taking lunch is considered as rude behaviour, so by this way other will feel comfortable
and it may impact on their relationship to great extent.

This legislation work for improving the well being of the children who have
suffered from abuse or other. NHS, safeguarding board and other non statutory organizations
work together for the protection of child. They keep confidential the information of person
because their safety is first priority of this regulation.
Data protection act 1998
This act ensures that personal information of subordinates, patients and other need to be
kept confidential. Professional are required to maintain confidentiality of medical, person,
financial information of person (Wu and et.al, 2016).

Children will feel comfortable and they will trust on the person if kid get to know that
person is having positive interest in the well being of child.

Reassuring is very important as young people will analyse their obligation towards
society and they will know the effectiveness of confidentiality. Thus, they will support
professionals such as teachers etc. and will not revel personal information of any other
child to anyone.
It will support adults as they will get to know about giving proper answer if other parents
ask about the personal information of other kid (Kamen, 2012).

When confidentiality protocols breach then several situation may occur: Suspected child abuse: When person information of child leaks then kid may get suffer
from child abuse. In such situation professional need to take immediate action and has to
tell about danger to the person. It should be in such manner so that child can understand
that breaching of confidentiality is done because of his safety.
Child at risk harming own self or others: In such situation confidentiality needs to be
breached immediately so that professional can protect the child (Burnham and et.al,
2014).
