Communication and professionalism play an excellent role to a person, because
after having effective communication skills and professionalism any person simply
gain huge success in its personal life.
This presentation has mainly included reflection on different activities which
anyone should be conducted before a charitable cause project.
As we know that, currently our natural environment is facing lots of issues due to
day by day increasing human population.
In this presentation, there are Kolb’s reflective cycle has been used to
systematically reflect on things which has happened before.

The charitable project idea is to raise fund to protect the natural environment.
Currently this cause is one of key charitable causes, because day by day our
natural environment has badly affected to this modernisation and continuous
increasing human population.
That’s why this cause of charity has been chosen, then all colleagues has started to
find out different productive and potential sources of finding.
Participating in this this types of charitable cause projects with different colleagues
in the welfare of natural environment gives the best experience of life to anyone.
Firstly, there are all colleagues has chosen a prime charitable cause called;
environment protection.
The charitable project idea is to raise fund to protect the natural environment.
Currently this cause is one of key charitable causes, because day by day our
natural environment has badly affected to this modernisation and continuous
increasing human population.
That’s why this cause of charity has been chosen, then all colleagues has started to

Of course, I have aware my colleagues about many other skills and abilities as
well, which are very helpful in achieving various objectives of group work
In my opinion, problem solving skills, time management abilities, people
management skills, conflict management abilities are some key abilities or skills
which everyone should develop while working in the teamwork or group.
So that, I was succeeded in that charitable cause project in improving these all
skills and abilities in my different colleagues.
I have putted lots of efforts for improving of mine as well.
