INTRODUCTION
Communication and professionalism play an excellent role to a person, because
after having effective communication skills and professionalism any person simply
gain huge success in its personal life.
This presentation has mainly included reflection on different activities which
anyone should be conducted before a charitable cause project.
As we know that, currently our natural environment is facing lots of issues due to
day by day increasing human population.
In this presentation, there are Kolb’s reflective cycle has been used to
systematically reflect on things which has happened before.

The charitable project idea is to raise fund to protect the natural environment.
Currently this cause is one of key charitable causes, because day by day our
natural environment has badly affected to this modernisation and continuous
increasing human population.
That’s why this cause of charity has been chosen, then all colleagues has started to
find out different productive and potential sources of finding.
Participating in this this types of charitable cause projects with different colleagues
in the welfare of natural environment gives the best experience of life to anyone.
Firstly, there are all colleagues has chosen a prime charitable cause called;
environment protection.

According to many business specialists, there are donation is the best way to a
charitable cause, so that existing group work has started to take action towards
raise fund through donation to effectively protect the natural environment.
In that charitable natural environment protection cause project, almost all
colleagues has learnt one thing that, they should develop their communication
skills while working in a group.
Basically, in this project of charitable cause, different colleagues has worked in a
group work, so that they have realised that, they should develop own skills of

This project work based on environment protection will add very positive values
in the daily lives of people within society.
After this project work, more people also will be motivated to do some work in
the welfare of society.

It can be concluded that there are development or improvement of different abilities
and skills is very necessary to develop own personality and professionalism.
Recently many people have participated in a group work which was responsible to
raise fund for a charitable cause project called; environment protection.
This project was given them opportunity to develop own different areas of skills and
abilities.
With the support of that project, now all colleagues have well-developed personality
and professionalism.

In the group work of charitable cause project was really impacted my life in very
positive manner.
Basically, I was able to learn many new things in that project.
For example; before started project of raising fund for protecting natural environment,
I don’t have excellent and well-developed communication skills.

skills.
When me and colleagues was ready to start this project, then I have decided to aware
my different colleagues about the impact of well-developed communication skills.

Of course, I have aware my colleagues about many other skills and abilities as
well, which are very helpful in achieving various objectives of group work
In my opinion, problem solving skills, time management abilities, people
management skills, conflict management abilities are some key abilities or skills
which everyone should develop while working in the teamwork or group.
So that, I was succeeded in that charitable cause project in improving these all
skills and abilities in my different colleagues.
I have putted lots of efforts for improving of mine as well.
