employees and with the management in which my communication skills played an
important role. With the help of my communication skills I was easily able to impress
anyone in just a small conversation. My upper level management also appreciate me for
my communication skills. But on that time I am not completely good at my
communication skills, because many times I was getting nervous during talking with my
upper level bosses and management. That was big challenge for me to talk with them in
confident manner. There are some communication weaknesses that I was also faced at
my workplace, like; when I was talk someone that time I am poor in listening
communication skills because I was not completely listen other party and suddenly I
was start speaking. My other communication weakness is my sitting manner during

some good communication skills, my colleagues always want to talk to me for the
discussion about organization, marketing strategies and also some other things. I was
also good at writing communication. This is my speciality to write something in a very
good and effective manner, and I was also perfect at avoiding grammatical mistakes
during written communication. That time I was known the power written communication
skills. Many times my upper level management told me to send emails to other party in
my writing. That was great complement for me on that organization.
